Located 5 mins walk to the golf clubhouse and restaurant and 10 mins to the 5* Marriott hotel and spa with an unspoiled sandy beach. 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. It has 42' plasma TV and audio system for your entertainment. The apartment is luxurious and well equipped with an excellent sunshine position and access to the communal pool.

Praia d'el Rey has been voted 'Europe's Leading Golf and Leisure Resort' by the World Travel Awards in 2009 and was ranked #13 of Top 100 European golf courses by the Golf World. It's one of Portugal's most exclusive resorts with superb beaches, beautiful countryside, world class golf course and luxury facilities located just one hour from Lisbon airport and only 10 minutes away from the medieval town of Obidos (UNESCO World Heritage site).

La casa é grande e comoda con la cucina en accessoriata. Il self check-in é stato facile grazie alle i divazioni di Dmitri.Gli ambienti sononu po' umidi, ma probabilmente dipende dalla zona. La posizionenper noi é stata perfetta peresplorate la zona senza state nel caos.

Llegas y ves la majestuidad del resort, la casa (una planta bajja) es impresionante, todas las habitaciones tienen puerta de salida al jardín, es.muy luminoso, habitaciones grandes, salón y cocina también. Los baños puestos con estilo.Tienen lavasecadora que viene genial porque hay bastante humedad y así lo tienes tddo listo en un rato.La piscina de la urbanización perfecta, limpia y muy bien de temperatura.Aunque hemos estado en Agosto, hemos dormido con las ventanas cerradas y un pequeño edredón. La ubanización de lujo, resort de golf grandisimo y de lujo. El supermercado no merece la pena, no tiene de casi nada.Por cierto, para por la noche una sudadera o chaquetita

Le logement est très grand, très propre, au calme. L’accès à la plage se fait en voiture (5min). Je trouve par contre que l’appartement et sa piscine sont mal orientés: quasi tout le temps à l’ombre. Dans une zone du Portugal où il ne fait pas très chaud, cela pose problème.

Casa espaçosa mas pouco equipada

A casa era espaçosa. Foi pena estar mal equipada. Casa para 6 pessoas com muito pouca louça (copos de vinho existiam 5, cadeiras de jardim eram só 5, não existia um tacho grande que desse para cozihar para 6 pessoas - relembro, alojamento para 6 pessoas, etc). Senti a casa húmida. O resort e a praia espectacular. Estadia poderia ter sido melhor caso a casa tivesse mais condições. Seria mais comfortável. Tem mesmo só o minimo dos minimos.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer gepflegten Anlage.

Die Anlage liegt an einem Strandabschnitt, an dem man am wunderschönen Atlantik schön spazierten gehen kann. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter Pech. Es war sehr durchwachsen. Von 14 Tagen hatten wir ca. 8 Sonnentage. Aber für das Wetter gibt es leider keine Garantie. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt und die Zeit genossen.

Lovely area and unspoilt beaches. The weather was warm and not too hot with a refreshing breeze.

We had a wonderful relaxing holiday in Praia del Rey. My children enjoyed the facilities as in golf tennis and the nearby watersports.

Sitio tranquilo y agradable

El apartamento corresponde bien a la descripción, es amplio, y estaba bien limpio con ropa de cama y toallas confortables. La cocina es grande y muy cómoda. Faltaba solo jabón para limpiarse las manos al llegar. No gusto sobre todo la tranquilidad de la urbanización, y lo bien cuidada que esta. La piscina esta efectivamente climatizada y esta bien grande, la única pena es que le da la sombre a partir de las 3 de la tarde. Praia del rey es un paraíso para los amantes del golf. Y cerca braia para los surfistas. La comunicación con el propietario es clara. Si podemos volveremos.

Très bel appartement dans résidence très calme

Avons passé un agréable séjour à Praia Del Rey. L'appartement est très spacieux et très beau. La piscine était quasiment privative car il y avait peu de monde. Seul bémol beaucoup de vent assez froid et voiture obligatoire car rien autour.

TRES BEAU LOGEMENT

L'appartement est très grand, spacieux et agréable et bien équipé. La piscine a quelques mètres... Dans l'agence ou on récupère les clés, les personnes parlent, entre autre, français ce qui est un +. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Je recommande... Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.

Tout était parfait. Nous sommes resté 2 semaines et avons beaucoup apprécié l'endroit. Le resort est trés beau, complet et bien tenu. La maison est grande bien équipée et trés joliment meublée. Le barbecue était là et les équipes de ménage très efficasses ! Enfin, la gentillesse des gens sur place est un vrai plaisir. Le plus : la maison est à deux pas du club house, ce qui est trés pratique !

A casa é fantástica e super acolhedora. Está muito bem localizada numa zona calma e muito perto da praia como também da piscina. É uma optima casa para férias entre amigos ou família, já para não falar que a relação qualidade preço é excelente e que o proprietário é bastante prestável e está sempre disponível e contactável. Recomendo!!

Great family holidays

Hemos pasado unos días geniales con los niños. La casa es muy cómoda, completa y muy bien equipada. Sólo agregaría una trona para bebés y barbacoa en el jardín! La zona es muy tranquila para pasear y disfrutar de la playa. Es importante tener coche para hacer las compras e ir a la playa. Nos encantaría volver!

UN LUGAR ESTUPENDO

LA CASA ES COMO APARECE EN LAS FOTOS, ADEMÁS ESTÁ EN UNA URBANIZACIÓN DE LUJO MUY TRANQUILA. EL APARTAMENTO ES MUY AMPLIO Y CON TODO TIPO DE COMODIDADES PARA LA VIDA DIARIA Y ESTÁ TODO NUEVO Y MUY LIMPIO. LO ÚNICO QUE NO CONCUERDA ES LA DISTANCIA A LA PLAYA, YA QUE HAY QUE COGER EL COCHE PERO TIENE UN APARCAMIENTO A PIE DE PLAYA. REALMENTE HEMOS PASADO UNOS DÍAS MARAVILLOSOS.
