Pet Friendly in Frisco! Cross Creek 302 is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo located in the heart of Frisco on the Ten Mile River and just 7 minutes from Copper! Sleeps 10. Slab granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, tile, carpet, updated lighting, furniture and bathroom fixtures. Beautifully decorated unit has a first and second floor. Flatscreen in living room with a river rock wood burning fireplace, free WiFi and cable. Dining table seats 6 and kitchen bar seats 4. Walk out the deck door to the river. Complex has extensive grounds. Private south facing decks overlooking river and Mt. Royal. Washer and dryer in unit. Two entrances, one on each floor. One car attached garage plus one additional surface parking space. Community grill and picnic table on river. Please Note: Only 2 pets allowed. A $300 Pet Deposit is taken on Arrival and is refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection.

You may park 1 car in the garage. 1 additional overflow surface parking spot (first come, first served) can be found along the perimeter of the complex as well as in the center. Please do not park in front of the stairs.

Perfect location to everything

I took my son and family up to Frisco so that they could ski at Copper Mountain. The condo was the perfect location 5 miles to Copper Mountain and easily walking distance into the town of Frisco. The condo itself was very well stocked with everything that we needed to have meals

Great location, nice set up for a large group, comfortable beds, kitchen has everything you need. Only small issue is that the downstairs heat sometimes can’t keep the space warm without a fire in the fireplace.

Living room remote volume didn’t work. Smaller than advertised. Upstairs thermostat hard to adjust. Overall loved the area. Great backyard. close to town and buses.

Great friends found an awesome condo to spend a wonderful weekend in Frisco and Breckenridge. It's freshly remodeled with a lovely fireplace, well stocked, on the river, within walking distance to the bus stop, easy to find off I-70, and has a single car garage, with enough room for another car to park behind. Hot tub and heated pool, plus pool table, are a part of the shared common area in the nearby clubhouse. We all loved it, and would consider renting it again, winter or summer. It's managed by Summit Resort Group, which was easy and efficient to deal with. I would highly recommend this property.

The location was great and everything was as described. Place is old but it's been well taken care of and updated where it counts. Very clean! Linens were great! Pillows were new. The original artwork and photography added a hint of class that is typically lacking at most VRBOs. The property management company was awesome. Anything we wanted, they delivered. Much better than dealing with an "owner" and their drama like we've experienced in past VRBOs. . The only problem we encountered was the night before we left. The dishwasher stopped working. But luckily we were leaving so I didn't have to wash dishes by hand. Lol! I also want to add that it was very convenient for this ski mom to have so many extra coat hangers in the closets and the washing machine was a huge plus. Thanks guys! See you next season

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was a good value.Pros: In a good location with good amenities. We liked the clubhouse and hot tub! Backs up to a river which was beautiful. Good space for hanging out with group, playing games and cooking. A walk from Frisco shops and restaurants. Cons: When we arrived the door was not completely closed and unlocked. I didn’t even turn the knob to enter. Was given 2 different codes for the firewood shed and neither worked. There was not even 1 towel for each person staying, much less any extra for utilizing hot tub. The beds are quite hard and uncomfortable. And there were few pillows and they were all quite uncomfortable too. This didn’t allow for a good night sleep after skiing all day.
