Feel right at home in this cozy and updated two-bedroom, two-bath condo in Frisco. This is the ideal mountain vacation rental featuring many amenities in a prime location. Located on the quiet end of Main Street, you are close to everything, yet it is still very quiet and serene. The views are incredible from the third floor, overlooking Ten Mile Creek. You also cannot beat the stunning mountain views and the convenient location to the long recreational path just steps away. This property is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator on site.

This well-appointed condo has just had brand new hardwood floors installed. It features two spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a brand new Posturepedic king bed and an HD TV. The guest bedroom also has its own HD TV, a brand new queen bed, and an additional futon for extra seating and/or sleeping.

The cozy living room features a leather queen sofa sleeper, skylights, and an HD TV. There is an updated and fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and beautiful wood cabinetry. The dining room table seats up to six. The condo also features a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, and a deck with a BBQ and a view of Ten Mile Creek.

The location of this condo is ideal, as it is right on Main Street yet tucked away, making it quiet and peaceful. It borders White River National Forest at the base of Mount Royal. Hikers, bikers, and cross-country skiers have easy access to a variety of trails in and around the Town of Frisco. The free Summit Stage bus is just steps away, making it easy to access all the world-class Summit County ski resorts.

This property also features covered parking with an assigned spot. There is also a ski locker reserved in the lot, so you don't have to lug your equipment around or leave it in the car.

Family Vacation

We had a great time! This location was perfect to get to several ski resorts at a fraction of the cost as a resort stay. And Frisco is a beautiful town with many dinning, family activities, and shopping options.

Family Getaway

I was visiting my 3 college kids and this unit accommodated us well. The condo is well situated and while they went to ski at Cooper, I was able to take the short walk into town. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit was cozy, comfortable, and as pictured. The warnings about the three flights of stairs were accurate - but we were in Frisco and the area to hike, so we just had to add some stairs.

Had a last minute trip to Frisco visiting family member. Great property close to ten mile creek, Main Street Frisco, and Mount Royal. Had to change my reservation some and the summit staff couldn’t have been easier to work with. Will definitely be back again.

Frisco pet friendly

This property was a great fit for me, my partner and our dog. Easy walk to Main Street restaurants and attractions and perfect access to the highway for day hike trail heads. The freeway is close but not a big deal. All good. We would stay again.

Convenient and Comfortable

Great location with easy driving to mountains and walking to town of Frisco. Perfect for two couples or a family of 4. Three flights up challenging for those not yet acclimated to altitude. If hot tub is important to you, confirm it is working b4 you book. If you plan to cook, kichen has the basics and not quite enough mugs.

Beautiful condo!

What a great condo! It is beautifully decorated, has comfortable beds, and has super easy access to both Main Street and I-70. The ONLY issue we had was with the condo being on the 3rd floor. It could be considered the 4th floor since the parking garage is technically floor 1. However, if you don’t mind stairs, this is a wonderful condo choice!!

perfect location

we travel to frisco annually and it’s only two adults and our pup and this was great. it’s actually on the frisco trail and ten mile creek so morning dog walks were easy as was the walk to all the great breakfast spots on main street. if you’re a hiker you have access to several great hikes without having to get in the car. the condo was perfect for us and our dog. i will say if you’re not prepared to take three flights of stairs may want to look at sky rental’s properties on a lower floor but it wasn’t a problem for us except maybe for the day we did a 14er :) would def stay here again.

Great location

This property was convenient for the days we spent at Copper Mountain skiing. We did also choose this property because it had a hot tub adjacent to it, but unfortunately it was not working. This should’ve been noted on the description. When we plan a ski trip we make sure there’s a hot tub available. We were told by management that we could possibly use a different location but didn’t hear back.

The condo was small, much smaller than listed as 1600 sqft and spacious on VRBO

The listing was not accurate. I would not have rented this unit with accurate details. Very small cramped condo.

Cold

The property has some wonderful antique ski memorabilia and just about everything you'll need. Because of its location and the fact that double doors to balcony are not sealed well there is a constant cold, very cold flow of wind that blows in. The temperature in unit was at 65 overall according to monitor. We were extremely cold 1st night and stayed away at a friends house 2nd day while waitied for space heaters to be delivered and warm place up. There is a fireplace but glass so black can barely see flame and not much heat. The management staff were very friendly but space heaters on a unit youvare spending some major bucks on doesnt cut it. In addition the showers run hot cold while on and one sounds like an exploding teapot. Unit could definitely use some updating. Especially the building in general as portion of parking lot ceiling fell down. You definitely need to be able to manage the good 3 plus flight of stairs. Wish all well and a better experience.
