Place was great, host was great. Location was fine, but not walkable due to a busy highway 1 house away and road construction that did not allow easy crossing. It was close to everything we did and ubers were all very short, so it worked out well.

I had a great stay! The place was clean , comfortable and exactly as described. Check-in with easy, communication with the host was quick and friendly.The location was convenient. Great rental property!

This was a great place that hosted my bachelor party weekend. Walkable distance to Rainey St. Parking situation was really good. A/C was amazing! Very clean.

Great space and location

Spacious location and very clean. A 5 minute walk to Rainey St which was great for our plans this weekend. Would recommend anyone to stay and if we return will be booking again!

Great stay for F1

The property was a perfect location for our stay for F1. It is super convenient to downtown and a short drive to the airport and COTA. The house was clean with plenty of supplies for a great stay. Pallu was a great host and super communicative. I would definitely stay again.

Good house for friends weekend

This house was good for a group of 8 women. The location is great for how close it is to downtown, however, the street itself is not very nice and directly next to the freeway so I wouldn’t count on walking. We took Ubers everywhere. The house was clean and well-stocked with basic supplies. Our only issue with the house was that none of the electrical outlets in the upstairs bathrooms were working. This was a huge issue for 8 women getting ready.

Perfect location for a Conference

We had the ideal location, it meant we didn't have to stay in the hotel and never leave the conference we were attending. We managed to see a little bit of Austin and it was all in walking distance. The house was perfectly located from bars and resturants.

Perfect location

We rented a car for our trip but barely used it as we could walk to Rainey street, Lady Bird Lake, and East 6th. Super close to amenities. Easy access from freeway. Beautiful home, even nicer than the photos.

Pallu was great! Communication with her was always quick! She’s great at answering right away! The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore downtown Austin! Very quick Uber to 6th and Rainey street! Would highly recommend for a group! Layout of house is awesome!

Great Proximity to Convention Center

I recently stayed here with colleagues and it was a perfect home base for attending a conference at the Convention Center. The two-story home is spacious and clean; we really enjoyed being able to spread out in the living room while we worked together. We also loved walking to everything - including Snooze for breakfast, the Convention Center, and Rainey St for dinner and drinks. I'd recommend staying here, especially if you're looking for easy proximity to the Convention Center.
