A beautiful villa with a wonderful garden ideal for large families. The interior could do with a deep clean and a lick of paint. Great location for nearby beaches and water park.

Séjour très appréciable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison ainsi que le jardin sont grands et parfaits pour des retrouvailles en famille ou amis. Le propriétaire est très réactif.

que du bonheur!

. Nous étions 12, adultes et enfants, et chacun a pu trouver son cocon de bien être dans cette grande demeure familiale, pleine de charme et loin du bruit. Le propriétaire nous a reçu très gentiment. Les petits enfants ont vite investi le grand jardin Nous avons tous quitté cette maison avec regret et nous la recommandons vivement !

Une grande maison pour une grande famille

Située au calme proche de la mer (15 minutes en voiture) et des commerces, cette maison avec son très grand jardin est idéale pour accueillir toute une famille. Le propriétaire n'étant pas sur place est très réactif en cas du moindre besoin. A recommander

Great place to stay!

Property was is a great location with 15 minute access to the beaches. The grounds are large and the 8 children (2 families + 4 adults) loved the space. The place is secure and very private. The owner, Mr Gridel spoke excellent English and was very helpful from the first email through to handing back the keys. Facilities in the house were good, everything we needed was there. Look forward to a return visit! Thanks Mr Gridel for a wonderful stay. Sarah and family from the UK.

Idéal pour grande famille

Maison idéale pour vacances en famille

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable : c'est une charmante maison de famille, grande et bien équipée, et le jardin clos est idéal pour les enfants. A 10 minutes en voiture de la mer (très belles plages vendéennes) et quelques minutes des commerces.

Beautiful house for your holidays

This is a beautiful house for your holidays. It has a feeling of peace and tranquillity from the moment you arrive, It is in a beautiful setting (although you do need a car) and the garden is large enough for kids to play safely and adults to relax at the same time. We have been back to this house several times and have spent some very happy holidays here.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé 4 jours très agréables dans cette maison du Petit Plessis, à 3 familles. Cette maison est bien équipée pour 3 familles, le jardin très agréable et très sécurisant pour les enfants.(clos, très grand, et sans aucun danger). L'emplacement est intéressant, en retrait de 15 minutes de la mer, et environ 10 minutes des commerces. Les seuls petits bemols de cette maison : *maison ancienne, certes avec bcp de charme, mais humide en cette période, certainement car non chauffée l'hiver. *certaines portes ferment mal, ce qui n'est pas idéal pour l'intimité des chambres notamment. Mais globalement, je recommande cette location pour des familles, et notamment l'été !

belle maison !

belle maison de famille à la campagne , bien équipée , avec un très beau et grand jardin , il ne manquait que les transats , mais le propriétaire a dit qu'il allait y remédier ! nous avons passé un très agréable séjour (nous étions 3 familles 6 adultes et 8 enfants , dont 3 bébés) plages et commerces à proximité (voiture ou vélo) super !
