The house consists of a living room, dining room_cuisine, 5 bedrooms, (3 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds), 1 child's corner with TV, laundry (washing machine- dryer-table and iron, extra fridge), 3 bathrooms, a large garage available, 3 terraces, one covered. The whole villa has been renovated in 2016, with all the amenities to spend a pleasant stay, a place for families. A very pleasant environment, pine trees, bike path to go to the center of the city, nice beach, close to nautical center for all water sport activities. The household is included in the pricing. Wifi to disproportion.

Paradise!

The villa is delightful both inside and out. It is very spacious and well equipped. Every need is catered for. We all enjoyed the pool and the beach is only a few minutes away. It is perfect for a family holiday and we would love to return in the future if we can.

Perfect location, 1 minute walk to the beach and a very easy cycle to town. Felt like a home from home and they had everything you could possibly need. We didn't use all the bedrooms but there is loads of space inside and out, so you would never feel crampt, very spacious. We would definitely return without question.

The whole holiday was fantastic!. The house is beautiful, perfect for our 2 families of four, equipped with everything that you could possibly need and with a beautiful pool and a beach on the doorstep. Emmanuelle and those that look after the house were hugely helpful. Thank you! We would love to go back!

Family stay

We had a relaxed and comfortable holiday. Beautiful spacious house. Across the road to the beach. 5 min drive to supermarket. Local bar and restaurants round the corner as was the cycle hire. Bikes good for the trip to the bakery, exploring the many cycle paths or heading into town for the markets / ice cream/!restaurants.

Absolutely Perfect Villa

We were a large family group including elderly grandparents. The villa is faultless and absolutely stunning. It is far better than shown in the photos on the details. Its is so spacious and well equipped and the terraces and pool areas are perfect for a large family. The beach is a two minute walk and the really pleasant town centre a level, 20 minutes walk away. I can’t believe that there is a better villa in the area. We would book it again without hesitation.

Haben uns Mega wohl gefühlt

Es hat uns in diesem schönen Haus super gefallen. Alle hatten gut Platz, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Mitten im Grünen. Der Pool war ein Genuss für gross und klein. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Einzige Anmerkung: Die Kellerfenster der Schlafzimmer könnten vielleicht Gage erhalten zum Schutz vor kleinem Getier Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Danke für den schönen Urlaub

Super mooi huis op een perfecte locatie

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Een prachtig huis! Heerlijk zwembad en een geweldige locatie. Straat over en op het strand. 15 min lopen naar La Tranche centrum. De schoonmaak kan alleen beter. De woonkamer en keuken was vies. Tip voor s eigenaar, minder spullen in de kastjes dan wordt het misschien ook beter schoongemaakt. Koelkast stonk heel erg naar vis en de vloer was echt heel vies. Slaapkamers etc daarin tegen heel schoon. Maar overal hebben we genoten en was het geweldig

Un excellent séjour

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle et spacieuse maison parfaitement équipée. La grande terrasse avec le barbecue, le coin apéro, la piscine chauffée, ...sont très agréables. La proximité immédiate de la plage est idéale. Un grand merci aux propríétaires très sympathiques. Une très bonne adresse!

Vollkommen zufrieden

Wir sind mit 2 Familien, insgesamt 9 Personen, angereist und haben dort 10 Tage verbracht. Am Anreisetag wurden wir von Raphaëlle sehr nett empfangen. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und auch erklärt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, hat 5 Schlafzimmer und 3 Toiletten, was bei einer größeren Gruppe wichtig ist. :). Der Strandzugang ist ca. 3 min entfernt und der Pool ist einfach genial. Durchdacht ist auch die Außendusche, dort konnte man nach dem Strandbesuch den Sand abduschen. WLAN war auch vorhanden. Unsere Reisegruppe war rundherum zufrieden und kommt bestimmt wieder!

Sehr schöne Urlaubstage in perfekter Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus und die Lage haben uns als Familie sehr gut gefallen. Der Zugang zum Strand war optimal. Badeschlappen und Handtuch und in 60 Sekunden am Strand. Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Nur der Grill müsste erneuert werden. Kommen sicher wieder.

2 semaines de vacances de rêve

La maison est vraiment parfaite :-) Les chambres sont toutes exactement comme sur les photos. Elles semblent même d`être plus grandes en réalité. Et aussi le terrain est plus grand qu'il ne semble sur les photos. Les salles de bains sont tous très bien et deux sont même très grand. La cuisine est très bien équipée et nous avons beaucoup d`expérience avec les locations. Ici on trouve vraiment tout ce qu'il faut. Les lits sont super, nous avons tous très bien dormi. La rue est calme, les voisins aussi et la plage est juste à coté avec un bar très sympa! Le service de l'entretien de la piscine était regulier une fois la semaine. A la piscine il existe assez de place pour s'allonger sur des chaises longues très confortables. Sur une des nombreuses terrasses il se trouve toujours une place pour se détendre ou pour prendre l'appéro. La Tranche sur mer est aussi une ville très agréable pour les vacances. On trouve de tout. Le centre est à 5 minute en vélo ( il y a qu'elques uns au garage, qu'on puisse utiliser) ce qui est bien, car il reste calme dans le quartier. Merci beaucoup pour cette belle maison et aussi pour le contact très agréable avec la propriétaire et pour le bienvenue chaleureux de la gérante, qui nous a même laisser des produits régionaux pour gôuter. En fin de compte des vacances à refaire!

séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé le week end de l'ascension avec toute notre famille dans cette villa. Ce fut un vrai bonheur et même le soleil était de la partie. La maison est parfaite pour une grande famille ; elle est très bien équipée et sa situation est idéale car très proche de la plage ; chacun pouvait ainsi vivre à son rythme. La piscine chauffée fut, elle aussi, très appréciée en raison des températures estivales.
