Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Kitchen well stocked. Beach towels, chairs, wet suits and beginner surf boards appreciated. Easy walk to beach, grocery, shopping, and restaurants. Responsive hosts and sweet Isabel at check in/check out. Overall A++.

Excellent appartement in front of the ocean, marvellous view, our stay at Paulo's place was fabuluous! Only one little item I would recommend: make an update of the cutlery and glasses, i.e. there aren't any (similar) wine or beer glasses. It's a "nice to have" feature but anyway we enjoyed our stay!All the best from us!

Hôte accueillant, communication fluide. L'appartement est impeccable, beau, avec une belle décoration et une vue magnifique. Les équipements sont très bien. La litterie est top (litd petits mais confortables. A noter, deux petits points à signaler: dans l'annonce il est indiqué qu'il y a un lave-linge or il n'y était pas (heureusement qu'on avait prévu ce qu'il faut); 3 coupures de couranten une semaine (deux tout le quartier, une pour l'appartement seulement). La coupure de l'appartement a été réparée très vite.

Apartamento limpio, amplio, luminoso y buenas vistas. Nos recibió Alda, muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo lo necesario. El propietario también estuvo pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera buena.

Great location with view

This apartment is very nice with 3 bedrooms, wonderful view of the beach, and great location. It was a short walk to the beach and to cobblestone streets of the small town with shops and cafes. Parking is on location in a gated lot. We felt safe. Owner replied quickly to phone calls. Wish we could go back and stay longer!

They have got 2 sons, Gonçalo and Diogo .Marina enjoys reading and has a great passion for animals, mostly dogs.Poppy is a border -terrier that was rescued from the streets 5 years ago and is now part of the family.Paulo is a strong sportsman who loves mainly watersports: like windsurf, kitesurf and Stand Up Paddle.

What makes this apartment unique is its location, 5´walking from Santa Cruz town center and the sea which stands just in front , only 100 metres away from the Pisão and Física beaches.
Its large balcony is perfect to watch the fantastic sunset over the ocean.The apartment is fully and tastefully furnished so sometimes guests may prefer to stay around the house and profit from the lovely conditions it provides.
