Gilles est un hôte tres reactif et de bon conseil. Le studio est situé dans une impasse tres calme et tout proche des sites touristiques de a cote d´Azur (plages, restaurants, marchés, aqualant, parc d'attraction, karting,..). La location est relativement petite pour 4 personnes mais Gilles nous avait prevenu au préalable. Cependant il y est parfaitement équipé pour passe un agréable séjour. (Clim, alarme, plancha,wifi,parking...). Un grand merci a Gilles pour sa réactivité, son accueil et la qualité de prestations de cette location !

Studio beaucoup trop petit et étroit.

Le propriétaire est sympathique et disponible, rien à dire.Par contre malgré le descriptif, le studio est beaucoup trop petit.Sur les photos on ne s’en rend pas compte.Cela a été très désagréable pour ma fille et moi-même car nous n’avions pas d’espace pour bouger et ranger nos affaires.Nous étions contente que le séjour se termine à cause de se manque d’espace.On ne peut rien faire et pour la mezzanine, on ne peut pas se mettre debout.Le bassin , c’est une baignoire tout simplement.A rectifier dans l’annonce.Je me dois de le dire car je me mets à la place des futur vacanciers.

Te klein , te duur ,opgeleukte garage

Zonder meer een tegenvaller , de ruimte is meer een studentenkamer . Tevens staat er zoveel troep in ( schoonmaakmiddelen , stofzuiger, etc etc ) dat je niet eens je eigen spullen kwijt kan zoals je koffers . Het ‘zwembad ‘ is de naam niet waard . Drijven teken in en dus niet aantrekkelijk . Het slapen boven is meer een circusact . Te warm , ongedierte zoals muggen 🦟 bah . De trap is met een plastic leuning erg onstabiel en niet te doen als je ouder bent ( dan 20 ) De reviews die wel positief zijn gaan over de naastgelegen villa . En de beloofde extra ventilator voor de airco is ook niet aanwezig .zoals mijnheer Gilles beloofd in een eerdere review . Al met al een dikke onvoldoende . Alleen al de foto’s zijn gemaakt om een valse indruk te geven van de ruimte . Daarnaast ook nog een camera aanwezig om eventuele inbrekers te filmen . Mmmm

Amazing little place with everything you need

This place is accurately described: it has everything you need for a perfect getaway. Ideally located within 3 min walk to a secret creek, convenient to park your car. The soaking pool is perfect for kid, or adults to cool down after a warm day. It's tiny, but extremely well designed, with fridge, freezer, washer, oven, grill and many more. It's extremely clean, and we felt very safe and comfortable. Very well priced for such a gem. The owner is very welcoming, we will come back again !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines au cours du mois d'août. Le logement est tout à fait conforme au descriptif, très bien localisé, extrêmement propre (linge fourni) et tout le nécessaire pour débuter le séjour. L'environnement est extrêmement calme, aucune circulation car situé dans une impasse (avec parking à l ombre) Merci à Gilles pour son accueil, sa discrétion et sa disponibilité Bonne continuation

Sehr klein aber fein

Wir waren zu zweit für 3 Wochen Ende Juni Anfang Juli dort. Dieses Loft ins wirklich sehr klein. Der Stauraum ist sehr beschränkt und da wo das Bett ist: Es ist ein Schlupfloch wo nur gebückt hineingegangen werden kann. Es war sehr heiss, und die eine Klimaanlage funktioniert nur im unteren Bereich effektiv, also nicht im Schlafbereich. Älteren Leuten oder solchen mit ein paar Kilos zuviel auf den Rippen würde ich von diesem Loft abraten, da der "Auf- und Abstieg" in's Schlafabteil sonst schwierig ist. In der Küche ist alles da was gebraucht wird, ein grosser Kühlschrank, eine Waschmaschiene etc. aber nur eine Kochplatte, also kein eigentlicher Herd, aber es hat zusätzlich Mikrowelle und integriert Grill. zusätzlicher Grill im kleinen Garten. Ich empfehle dieses Loft (welches in den Bewertungen nicht mit der Villa des gleichen Anbieters verwechselt werden sollte) jungen und unkomplizierten Menschen. Parkieren ist porblemlos und sicher, einkaufen etc. ebenfalls problemlos mit dem Auto zu erledigen, Baden und Sonnen gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, aber nur mit Auto! Strandmiete Liegestühle min. 15 p/p inkl. Sonnenschirm. Gilles ist nett und wir haben ihn eigentlich nach dem Check-in nie mehr gesehen. Aber er wäre sicher zur Stelle, wenn's Probleme gibt. Im kleinen Sitzplatz, uneinsichtig, gibst ne kleine Wanne zum Abkühlen. Das Wasser ist immer sauber, aber von den Bäumen her ist immer was drinn, also vorher etwas entlauben. Summa summarum: ok - nicht gerade billig - würde nächstes mal die Villa buchen (teurer)....

Magnifique, inoubliable

Nous avons passé un séjour reposant et relaxant : tout correspondait au descriptif de l'annonce. Décoration intérieure et extérieure réalisée avec goût et passion. La vue est magnifique. Nous nous sommes prélassés dans la magnifique piscine et le jacuzzi . Bien-être et détente étaient au rendez-vous. Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil, une bonne bouteille de vin rosée nous attendait au frais à notre arrivée ainsi qu'un cadeau de bienvenue. Propriétaire toujours de bons conseils pour les restos et balades . Nos 2 petits chiens ont également aimé le séjour, très bien accueillies par le propriétaire qui aiment les animaux. Une spéciale dédicace à Jeanne et Christiane pour leur bonne humeur et leur joie de vivre communicative .

Kurzaufenthalt 1,5 Wochen

Das Objekt ist klein aber sehr fein und hat alles ist im Inserat beschrieben vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit ist gegeben und man ist wirklich unmittelbar am Meer, zentral gelegen und absolut für sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Mit dem Vermieter hat alles gut funktioniert, sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ich werde diesen Ort gerne wieder besuchen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in wunderschöner Villa

Super Lage in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan und ist stets zu erreichen. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Von der Spülmaschine bis zu Waschmaschine ist alle vorhanden. Auch Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw.. Für mehr als drei Personen finden wir die Villa jedoch ein wenig zu klein. Das Bad ist recht klein und es gibt auch nur einen Kleiderschrank. Ansonsten können wir die Villa nur weiterempfehlen.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au calme dans le Loft. Propriétaire très accueillant et toujours disponible. L'appartement est bien équipé avec une belle terrasse. La mer est accessible à pied même si les routes laissent malheureusement peu de place aux piétons.

Un petit coin de paradis.

Jardin en pleine nature et tranquilité

Très beau logement décoré 'exotique' et très confortable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de deux semaines avec nos 2 enfants à proximité de la mer (deux plages de sable, idéales pour les enfants). Le petit jardin privatif clos est très appréciable. Gilles, le propriétaire à tout prévu pour notre confort.
