Great location, very nice property in a quiet neighborhood a few yards from the bay. We were 6 adults and a child and we had a great time!

The location is what makes this property, just a short stroll to the shores of the Arcachon Basin. Easy access to the local oyster huts which are a must if you enjoy seafood. The owners are welcoming and friendly. The property is well equipped with a distinct vintage feel but the advertised 8 people capacity would be a squeeze. The bed was definitely on the small side and quite basic.

Merveilleux séjour

Maison climatisée, c'est optimum pour bien dormir . Petit déjeuner dehors, repas du soir formidable avec le weber. A signaler le bassin d'Arcachon regorge de pistes cyclables dont nous avons bien profité. La location de vélos se fait très facilement dans le bourg. L'océan à quelques kilomètres est une valeur sûre pour des souvenirs inoubliables . J'ai quitté cette location la larme à l'oeil. Merci à nos hôtes

Excellent séjour sur la commune d Ares. Maison idéalement située entre le bassin d arcachon et océan. Maison propre et familiale, le tout situé dans une rue au calme, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement du jardin. Tous les commerces utiles sont à proximité et nous recommandons fortement cette maison. Ps : n oubliez pas vos vélos car il y a de magnifiques balades à faire et lieux à découvrir.

Schöner Urlaub in Strandnähe

Schöne Lage, 100m vom Strand entfernt. Man kann dort allerdings nicht baden ( Boden schlammig, Wasser sehr flach)! Die Kinder fanden es trotzdem toll ( Krebse fangen, am Strand spielen). Zum Stadtzentrum sind es 10-15 Minuten. Die Tischtennisplatte wurde gerne und oft genutzt. Wir waren zu viert und hatten viel Platz ( außer im Bad) für 8 Personen wäre es sehr eng gewesen. Sehr nette Vermieter, die am Wochenende nebenan wohnen.

Arés une bonne adresse

C'était génial, étant à mobilité réduite, j'ai pu accéder jusqu'à 10m de la plage avec mon fauteuil le restant se faisant avec des béquilles aux embouts adaptés, pour un profit max de la plage, la maison confortable et bien agencée, un chouette jardin et le beau temps nous ont permis de vivre quasi tout le temps à l'extérieur...la douche dehors même froide a été très utile nous n'étions que 4 personnes adultes, les 8 jours sont passés trop tous heureux que du bonheur

Vacanciers respectueux et en lieux clôturés pour leurs enfants de 2 et 4 ans. Pas besoin de sortir en voiture pour aller à la plage (à 100 m au bout de la rue). Télétravail possible (wifi gratuit).

Accueil sympathique de la part des propriétaires. Maison très agréable avec 3 belles chambres. Coin repas sympa et beau jardin. Table de ping Pong très appréciée. Situation au top avec arrivée sur le bassin au bout du chemin face au phare du Cap Ferret. De belles balades à pieds depuis la maison (bord de bassin, port ostréicole et village)

Nous avons passé une semaine à Arès, à deux familles. La maison est idéalement située pour aller rapidement profiter du Bassin. De plus, la ruelle est très calme. Toutefois, nous avons trouvé la maison un peu juste pour 9 personnes (nous étions nous mêmes seulement 8): la pièce de vie n'est pas très grande mais bien agencée. La salle de bain manque par contre d'espace. Le garage et la table de ping pong ont été appréciés, tout comme le petit extérieur. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et réactifs.

Freundliche Vermieter- sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Haus vor allem im Küchenbereich incl Webergrill, Bad mit Föhn, Gartengarnitur-tolle Gegend mit allen Radfahrmöglichkeiten und schönen Stränden-aber Achtung: rel. hohe Kaution ist in bar zu hinterlegen - sollte vor Anreise mitgenommen werden - wir haben es dann bei der Bank vor Ort mit Kredit- und Bankkarte abheben müssen...

Pour les vacanciers des pays qui pratiquent encore les paiements par chèques, la caution doit être déposée au propriétaire le jour de leur arrivée, et restituée lors de l'état des lieux de sortie. Effectivement, les autres vacanciers doivent se munir d'espèces.

Sejour Arès en famille

La semaine s'est bien déroulée, la maison est correcte, l'extérieur est acceptable mais l'emplacement pour manger est moyen. Faire attention à la marrée car Ares est dans le fond du bassin du coup pas terrible question marrée, la plage qui est à 100m n'a donc pas été très fréquentée, il a fallu aller ailleurs. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et la maison bien équipée.
