A Noank Gem on a quiet, private .6 acres of waterfront property with spectacular views of North Dumpling, Groton Long Point and Fishers Island ---including three lighthouses. Swim off the dock or beach! Entertain in luxury in paradise. Home must be rented by the month (31 days minimum in summer) per village ordinance.
This charming 1869 New England cottage was recently refurbished and updated. Very classic, clean appeal with a formal dining room and living room, and in nice weather enjoy the most wonderful dinners on the back porch overlooking the harbor. Water views from nearly all rooms and spectacular original maple floors. Located on West Cove in beautiful Noank near Mystic and Groton. The home is a boaters paradise with a large dock, 180' private waterfront and a deep water mooring. 2 baths and 3 BR (two BR w queens, 1 BR w bunk bed and a sleeper sofa in the TV room) sleeps 6 in BR's, 8 with pull-out sofa. Ample parking for 4 or more cars and plenty of privacy. Enjoy one of the finest New England villages and bring your boat!
SUMMER vacation rentals start June 1 at $695 per night plus tax with a 30 night/31 day stay minimum, or $20850 per month for an incredible time in spectacular Noank, which many simply call "the most wonderful place to be".

Seven generations of our family have enjoyed and cherished this unique classic home. Originally built by famed boat builder, Jerimiah Davis, our 3 bedroom/ 2 bath 1937 sq ft house has unmatched charm. From intricate hard wood floors, to spectacular views of a secure, beautiful harbor, with a 90' by 70' dock and deep water private mooring, our home is incomparable to just about anything available on the Connecticut shoreline. Sit back and relax and hear the fog horns off in the distance, or launch a SUP or kayak or Sunfish and explore the many facets and inlets of Fisher's Island Sound. Dine and entertain on the porch overlooking the harbor which offers sunsets to die for. In the summer there is so much to do in the area, from music to museums to theater to fishing and beaching, there is no limit to fun to be had.

Charmingly refurbished and updated a 1860s historic home on .58 acres of waterfront property with spectacular views that is close to everything! Unmatched locale in the heart of what is best about New England. Walk to Abbott's Lobsters, Carson's, Haring's and other restaurants or shops right in the village. Visit the Noank Historical Museum a 10 minute walk away or go on a short drive to the Mystic Seaport, the Aquarium, Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun, O'Neill Theater and so many more wonderful places, all within 25 minutes by car. In the summer, sail, swim, row, SUP, kayak, or motor boat off your own private dock. Boat rentals are easily arranged.
