This 6th floor condo in the Resorts of Pelican Beach Destin, has spectacular views of the powdery white beaches, emerald water and all the comforts of home. You can relax on our balcony and enjoy the direct view of the beach that Southern Living Magazine voted #1 in the United States! Watch the dolphins play in the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Everything is furnished for a 'home away from home' feel. You can take a 10 minute walk along to the beach to the world famous 'Back Porch'. Stay for a Bloody Mary served in a beach pail or stay for lunch. Lots of local fare to snack on including their famous Amber Jack Sandwiches. All this right on the beach so flip flops are not required! Wake up in the morning and walk next door for an incredible breakfast at The Pancakery for incredible pancakes and breakfast. You don't have to worry about losing your key in the sand...This condo has keyless entry - no key to pick up or send back and forth, no key to worry about losing at the beach. There are so many restaurants in the area or you can buy fresh (just off the boat) seafood at the local markets and cook it yourself! The community is gated and guarded for your family's security and you can call the front desk anytime, day or night, if you need anything during your stay. Across the street is the Famous 'Big Kahuna' water and adventure park and Race Track Go-Kart racing.

The property description was accurate. Beautiful location on the beach. We were surprised that there were no basic essentials like salt/paper, beach towels, or any beach gear provided. You have to reserve the chairs to be within 30 feet of the water which was pricey, crowded, and a bit inconvenient.The toilets kept getting clogged and the water pressure was very low. We contacted the front desk. We stayed at a lot of properties over the years and this was just very basic with not much attention to details.

Hi Maria, as I explain in every communication the front desk is there to help 24/7. The salt and pepper or paper should be replenished by the house-keeping crew. Beach towels and beach gear get destroyed or left on the beach the first couple of weeks of the busy season so we can't continue to provide those. The beach chairs, I sent information on those and the pricing as well. They are a private 3rd party company hired by the city of Destin and they will not let me rent chairs for the season. This is why I sent the information. The clogged and pressure, again that's the front desk for maintenance. I will call the resort and let them know of these complaints so they can fix them ASAP. Thanks for letting me know and I hope you still had a good time on your vacation.

The hot tub was broken for most of the time and it was unreasonably cold and would have been nice to have use of. The water pressure was hardly working, and the toilet keep clogging. The tv's are old and outdated.

Im so sorry the Jacuzzi was not in working order, did you try the one by the main pool? I dont think they would both be out. The water pressure and toilet issue, i hope you called the front desk to give maintenance the opportunity to make it right for you. The master-bedroom TV was replaced last year and I have already purched a new TV for the living room, just waiting to be able to make the trip to Destin to swap. I hope your vacation was memorable justvthe same
