3 miles to Mesa Riverview, the Spring Training Home of the Chicago Cubs! ASU campus is only 2 miles away. 1 mile to access to the Valley Metro Light Rail stop at Apache Blvd & Price Road. Near several other city bus stops. The Tempe Diablo Stadium, the Desert Botanical Garden or the Phoenix Zoo are within a 10 mile radius.

Ground floor condo close to pool, spa & fitness room. Sleeps 2 adults in 1 bedroom or up to 4 guests with queen-size sleeper sofa in living room. Queen bed in Master bedroom with full bath and walk in closet. Granite counter tops in kitchen and bath. All kitchen supplies, linens, pool towels, coffee maker, blow dryer provided. Internet service available through Wifi and two flat screen TVs with Direct TV satellite service included. Condo is located on ground floor. All appliances are full-size (microwave, dishwasher, fridge, range/oven, washer/dryer). Sliding glass door off of living room opens to a private patio with bistro set. One designated covered parking spot close to condo. Community pool, spa and Exercise Room are only a short walk from your door.

PERFECT!

Really thought this was a very nice condo. Very clean, comfortable and convenient for us. Sarah made sure we had all the information we needed about the condo and the area. Hot tub is a winner too. Would definitely rent again.

Owners = A+, Great; VRBO Mgt = D, Refund of Damage Deposit

The first half of my stay went very well: the location was excellent regarding baseball venues, shopping and other services. Unfortunately the remaining half of my stay was covered by stay-inside mandate, but the property, its amenities, and the owners enabled me to pass the time comfortably and also helped out with a couple of health items. The only complaint regards the handling of the refund of my damage deposit. The owners had released the hold on the deposit on April 1 and VRBO confirmed this action. However, a week later the refund was not delivered and an inquiry with the owner determined that VRBO did not take any action despite announcing so on their website. An email from VRBO a few days later confirmed that no refund would made for up to a couple of weeks due to unprecedented number of cancellations. While this is understandable to a certain extent, fault is blamed on VRBO because: 1) An explanation of this situation should have been made when the refund was posted, not leading me on that the refund was processed as done; 2) VRBO functions as a fiduciary, accepting damage deposit money for the owners and remitting the deposit expeditiously when the owners release the damage hold. By surreptitiously delaying the refund, VRBO has wronged both the owners and myself. In previous years VRBO has established high regards by me but in this case, VRBO has definitely fallen short of their expected level of performance. A partial refund of the VRBO fees should be made to me and the owners to compensate for time lost and to encourage VRBO to meet their standard of service Bottom line: the owners provided an excellent experience and I would stay there again if possible AND hope VRBO does a better job in future.

Overall a good experience. Some minor items such as bathroom sink that didn't work properly but not a serious problem. Location of unit directly at pool was great. Unit itself well decorated and clean. Will definitely recommend it to others as well as use it again. Thank you.

The condo was lovely and very clean! The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were nice quality too. We didn't want for a thing while we were there. I used the workout room with no problem and all equipment was working. We really enjoyed the accessibility of the pool. Location was good to restaurants and stores. Great place, great location, the little touches make the stay here leaving you wanting to return!

We stayed four days without any issues. The Finnerty’s go above and beyond before the stay by supplying detailed instructions, photos of the complex to help orient you to their place, and tips on where to shop. They provide small amenities, a washer and dryer, a travel small travel cooler and more. The complex itself was clean, quiet and comfortable. If we were to find any flaws it would be the bedroom drapes allow in the morning sun on the left side, the bathroom door closes by itself and the toilet is regular (as opposed to elongated). The off-site exercise room was missing hand weights and not as clean as it could be but certainly usable. All in all, pretty minor items as the first two can be solved (permanently) by taking a hinge pin out and slightly bending it or as we did, put a shoe in front of the door. The window light issue is easily solved by folding the drape around the left edge of the blinds. These are very minor items that did not detract much from the visit. I hate to say this as it will be harder to lease in the future but we loved the place and will absolutely return.

Great condo, located near the pool, hot tub and fitness center. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the unit was clean. The location was perfect--close to major highway and main thoroughfares. The owner was very responsive to our requests. We are looking forward to staying here in the future!

Perfect location with all the amenities.

My home away from home having stayed here many times now. Owners are very accommodating, insuring your stay is trouble free. Clean, up to date, steps from the pool, hot tub and workout room, the full kitchen, wifi, great entertainment systems, hide a bed and great access to the valley of the sun.

Our stay was very comfortable. Sarah has a beautiful condo that suited our needs well for this trip.

The grounds are clean and for the most part quiet. When I saw students I thought they might keep us up at night but funny enough it was barking dogs. Other than that 2 days out of 7 we were locked out of the pool area which I understand will be addressed at HOA meetings.

Home away from home

This was my second time renting this unit in 2015 and will be coming back as long as they will have me. On the ground floor, right by the complex exit, next to the pool, hot tub and activity room. Complete kitchen with all your wireless needs. Modern furnishings decorated to please. My perfect oasis and the owners are so great, quick to respond, and wanting to please. Highly recommend but please dont use it when I need it😆.

Nice Clean Condo

On an apartment hunting visit to Phoenix area, great location, nice clean unit and complex. Well stocked kitchen was much appreciated, even a slow cook crock pot! Suited our needs, owner was a pleasure to work with, she even brought us over a bar of soap when we discovered there wasn't one in the condo (even though we told her it was ok we'd pick one up). Didnt care for the sofa bed in living room, cushions kept sliding down into the bed part when you sat on it. Overall, a great place at a great price with a great owner!

Fantastic spot, highly recommended

We just recently used this condo as a home base for a training camp and it exceeded all expectations. Covered parking spot was very close to the ground level unit, pool was footsteps away, and the patio was very nice. Inside, it was extremely clean on our arrival, the appliances were new, and everything one needs to feel comfortable was stocked. I would highly recommend this location as it is close to freeway access, ASU, Arizona Mills, and the Premium outlets in Chandler. Hope to stay here again soon.

Great Spring Training Home Base

I brought my daughter to Tempe for her first spring training adventure. This unit makes the perfect home base for our games. Close to the Angels, A's, Cubs, Giants...go see a game, come back and relax, and then go to Tempe Marketplace or AZ Mills or Tempe Town Lake. Another place that is close by is the Phoenix Zoo. This condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay! Parking is very close to the unit, and it is easy to get in and out of the complex. I would absolutely stay here again!

I have a great appreciation for the warmth of the desert climate, the beautiful mountains, lakes, sunsets and year round golfing this area provides, not to mention, the vast entertainment choices, incredible shopping and high-energy atmosphere available in the city. We entertain our out-of-state family & friends often in our home and enjoy exploring Arizona with them. We want you to love Arizona as much as we do!

This is a great central location to access all the wonderful activities the Phoenix area has to offer. Our condo is near The Mill Avenue District, Tempe Town Lake and ASU events. Great dining, beautiful golf courses and multiple forms of public transportation are easily accessible all around you.

What makes this property unique

This condo is less than 3 miles from the ASU campus. My husband has worked at ASU for over 10 years. We also have a daughter who is in her junior year at ASU - Tempe Campus. Traveling over the years as a family of six, we put a lot of thought into the furnishings and little extras here so that everyone has an affordable and relaxing stay.
