This beautiful gulf front condominium is the perfect beach vacation retreat. The owners of Whispering Sands 301 planned carefully for their guests who will certainly enjoy the hand-painted beach murals throughout and the wonderful seaside decor while taking in the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Great views!

Whispering Sands condo is located right next to a public beach access. The condo was very clean, nicely updated and had a great shower in the master. Couches and large chair were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and condo size is great for families. My husband and We enjoyed staying at this property. We even saw a dolphin one morning. It is so close to Stinky's Restaurant we walked over for dinner. Thanks so much for allowing us to enjoy your condo! Hopefully we can return again soon!

Friend reunion

My daughters and their college friends meet up for Labor Day weekend every year. We always stay at this location. It is the best beach accessible condo! The beach is super private and not crowded! Drinks and dinner at stinkys across the street are a must do every year!

Limited seating, it seemed like outdoor furniture that was inside. There wasn’t enough seating for us to gather together. The beds were uncomfortable and could have fit bigger beds in the bedrooms. Vents in the ceiling were dusty. Outside was not well maintained. Paint was chipping badly. The beach was nice and not crowded and it was nice to be able to walk to stinky’s.

Exactly what we were looking for with less people on beach/area than our previous stays in San Destin condos/hotels. The beds were smaller than expected especially in master with only a full and were not comfortable at all. Overall condo was very nice. We will stay elsewhere next year only bc of the bed sizes for our group.

Amazing!

This condo was so perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room and beds for all of us. It has a private beach so only the Whispering Sands renters go on it. The condo and beach were both clean. The condo is down the road from lots of small shops and restaurants. Baytown warf is about 15 minutes west, and was a great outing for the family. WiFi wasn’t great but we weren’t on our phones much. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was perfect for our family!

This condo was great for our family. It was right on the beach so we could watch the kids when some wanted to remain on the beach and others did not. It was clean and comfortable. All the kids had their own bed so there was not fighting at bed time. The beach itself was amazing. We could see dolphins from our balcony in the morning.

Best spot on the beach

We have been to the Destin area many times, but this was by far the best of all. Right on the beach, beautifully decorated and ample accommodations. Waking up to get your coffee in the terrace with that breathtaking view is just priceless. The beach is never crowded and the restaurant across the street is fabulous. We will for sure be back!!!
