Charming renovated ancient forge / barn of 80sqm. Recently renovated as studio accommodation, in perfect condition, beautifully decorated and finished with roof terrace and patio terrace. Comprising, ground floor: Patio terrace, living area / dining room / kitchen (kitchen) with wood burning stove, bathroom and toilet. First floor: Large bedroom / studio leading onto roof terrace. Fully equipped.
Village: Peret, 34
The house is Situated in a beautiful garden, behind a gallery / studio artists with totally independent access through the garden.
There is a twin bed in the bedroom plus a large double sofa bed in the lounge area. The house is ideal for 2 people aim est equipped and comfortably sleeps 4 people. All linen, towels and beach towels are Provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Three bicycles are available for use and tennis rackets (there are public tennis courts in the village).
The pretty town is in the wonderful countryside of the Hérault and: has a grocers store / tobacco and hairdressers. The pizza and seafood van van arrives Each weekend. It is very near to the stunning Lake Salagou, Gorges of the Hérault, The Mourèze, gorges Heric and the Cirque de Navacelles. It is 40 minutes from the coast. It is Situated close to the towns of Clermont L'Herault and Pezenas, and 40 minutes from Montpellier.
It is 30 minutes from Beziers Airport, 45 minutes from Montpellier Airport and 1. 5 hours from the airports of Nimes and Perpignan.

Please leave the house in the clean and tidy Sami provided That You find it in. Thank you. Accidents happen, purpose please let us know and replace Any breakages (like for like) gold They will be charged for. Cleaning costs are included, HOWEVER, there will be a load for Any excessive cleaning required after-your stay.

Cosy retreat

We stayed 8 nights in this cosy gite in a charming village. Gabby is a wonderful host who went out of her way to help us. There is a lovely small terrace in the shade of a vine to sit and relax, and also another terrace at the top of the property. The gite had everything we needed for cooking etc. The village is pleasant to stroll around, and we also went to a beach on the Med. which is an easy 40 minutes away by car. Overall a very relaxing holiday.

Cosy retreat, just right for two.

From start to finish our stay here in Péret has gone extremely smoothly. Communication from Gabby has been excellent both before, during and even since we have left the property. When we arrived we were greeted with a warm smile from an enthusiastic and exuberant host. Gabby’s goal is certainly to make sure her guests are well informed and nothing is too much trouble for her should you need her assistance. For example when we realised that there is not a washing machine at the property (my oversight when reading the property details) Gabby was happy for us to make use of one she had in her property. The kitchen is simple with a 2 ring gas hob and a combination microwave oven. Personally we stuck to using the hob only because we are familiar with a conventional oven. On the occasion when you don’t want to cook or go out for dinner we can highly recommend the local Pizzeria (Felicita) which is only 100 metres away. Even after a walk home it is still piping hot. Once settled you will find this property to be a cosy retreat just right for two. Having air conditioning on the mezzanine was certainly welcome to bring the temperature down. Whilst staying here we particularly enjoyed the roof terrace which catches the sun till late afternoon. The perfect place to read a book, play cards or just lie back and sleep. Although this property is at the end of Gabby’s garden, you have have your own access and complete privacy. Parking is just 50 metres down the road right next to the recycling centre meaning it’s in the perfect place. We would certainly recommend this property and Gabby as a host. Thank you once again.

The most perfect and delightful guests! From the moment of arrival I just knew it would all go very well! Communication was perfect! Such lovely, friendly and helpful people! Jonathan even descaled the taps in the gite! which I had clearly not noticed were getting blocked!! thank you!!!! super DIY man! The gite was immaculate when left, so clean and quite simply perfect. I cannot recommend highly enough as guests!! thank you both so much for staying here! a shame you were not here for longer! with huge thanks again!

Individuell eingerichtetes kleines Haus mit Terrasse in einem schattigen Garten.

Außerordentlich freundliche Vermieterin. Klimaanlage! Gutes W-LAN. Parkplatz ist leider ein Stück weit entfernt.

Joli petit logement qui dispose de tout le nécessaire matériel. Soigneusement décoré et d'une très grande propreté. Gabby apporte sa touche humaine à la location avec ses bons conseils (si on le souhaite) et aussi ses attentions laissées à l'arrivée. Nous avons apprécié la discrétion de Gabby et d'Yves, nos échanges, tout comme le calme du logement, du village et de ce coin de l'Hérault.

Agréable séjour à Péret

Gabby est une personne chaleureuse et très disponible, réactive en cas de besoin et pleine de petites attentions pour ses hôtes. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille, le gîte est bien centré, que ce soit pour aller au lac, à la mer ou pour profiter des gorges de l'Herault. Nous avons bcp apprécié la mezzanine du haut ainsi que la terrasse tropézienne !

Un pur moment de détente chez des personnes exceptionnelles

Le séjour restera pour nous un des meilleurs que nous aillons passé. L’accueil des propriétaires était super chaleureux. Toujours sympathiques sans être envahissant. Le restaurant qui fait aussi pub Irlandais est d’une qualité remarquable, le cuisinier est top et ses plats d’une grande simplicités sont une tuerie. Si je résume: Le gîte est au top malgré ce que l’on pourrait croire du fait qu’il jouxte le Pub/restaurant vous êtes tranquille. La bonne humeur et les bonnes ondes de la maîtresse des lieux sont perceptibles dès votre arrivé où on vous met à l’aise tout de suite. Eine gemütliche Unterkunft mit besonderem Charme!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Gabbys Unterkunft verbracht und können sie sehr empfehlen. Für drei ist sie geradeso groß genug, ideal sicherlich für ein Paar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Wohnung freundlich eingerichtet. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und es gibt sehr viel zu entdecken. Gabby kümmert sich liebevoll und unaufdringlich um ihre Gäste.

Superbe lieu romantique et actuel

Dès l'arrivée, l'accueil de Gabby vous séduit immédiatement. La location est bien aménagée avec un goût sûr et très actuel: un mélange de modernisme et d'objets de récupération. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est sur place: serviettes de bain, savon, le nécessaire petit déjeuner, même du vin local! La proximité du restaurant ne nous a pas vraiment gêné. Notre séjour fut donc très agréable, et nous recommandons volontiers ce lieu un peu magique... D. Lyon
