Safe neighborhood, clean and organized place, and walkable!

My friend and I just stayed at this spacious place in Matera and we were very happy! The whole apartment is well kept and spacious. The washer was a great thing to have and lots of space on the balcony to set things out. Antonio is so kind and has it all ready for you with a stocked kitchen and maps of Matera. It was about a 20 minute walk to town but it’s all accessible by well lit streets with sidewalks; not once did we ever feel unsafe!

Nice place, walking distance to old Matera

Positive experience. The host helped us a good deal. It has a butcher and fruit store across the street, a supermarket behind it, and a cheeseshop a block away.

Ottimo appartamento

I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. L'appartamento è ampio, ben arredato e confortevole.Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e ben servito. il centro si raggiunge in venti minuti a piedi o con il mezzo pubblico che ha la fermata a poca distanza dall'abitazione.

Appartement fonctionnel

Appartement pratique et très propre, pour une nuit ou deux (pas de salon, seulement une cuisine et deux chambres) situé à côté d'un supermarché. Propriétaires très gentils et attentifs: jus de fruits, lait, café, chocolat, biscuits...Petit déjeuner fourni. On peu aller au centre de Matera à pied (15 minutes) et se garer facilement au pied de l'immeuble.

Grand confort et propreté irréprochable

L'appartement est très grand et très bien équipé, mais un peu excentré par rapport au centre ville et aux sassi, malgré tout nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à la gentillesse de nos hôtes. Une petite épicerie juste en bas de l'immeuble permet de se ravitailler et les commerces sont tous à côté. Place de parking toujours disponible.
