No.85 - 2 Bed House - Fully Equipped - Atlantic Reach

No.85 is a modern and comfortable holiday home in the heart of Cornwall.
Fully equipped Kitchen, Living Room, 2 Bedrooms and Bathroom.
Located on the private estate of the popular Atlantic Reach Resort, but without access to site leisure facilities (see below).
15 minute drive from the famous Watergate Bay
15-20 minutes from Newquay and its selection of beaches and activities.
5 minutes from the A30 - the gateway into the rest of Cornwall.

HOUSE DETAILS
Kitchen contains: Dishwasher, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Small Freezer, Kettle, Toaster and Dining Table.
On the ground floor is the open plan lounge with Smart TV and DVD/Blu-Ray player (Smart TV connected to Wi-Fi, plus wide selection of DVD's).
First floor there is 1 Double & 1 Twin Bedroom, plus the Bathroom with generous shower enclosure.
All Bedding and House Towels provided.
High Chair*, Travel Cot*, Iron & Ironing Board are all available to use at no cost. *Please inform us prior to arrival.
Wi-Fi is included inside the house.

There is an independent restaurant with bar operating on site, as well as a separate cafe/eatery near reception.

We hope that this is reflected in our prices, saving our guests from paying a premium on facilities which they may have no intention of using.

Lovely house! Stayed here with my family of 4 and really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean, organised and well decorated. We chose this place thinking we would be able to access the indoor pool, but unfortunately this was not possible for this property, not even if we payed to access it. But otherwise we had a really good time! Would recommend

Fabulous house

We were staying in Cornwall for 6 nights. My husband is really a hotel person but I talked him into staying at this house as it’s flexible to our needs and gives us comfort and freedom. He was totally blown away by it. Clean, very well equipped and lots of info left about the house by the owners. Well furnished and perfect location for a wide range of touristy things. This house made our break away perfect.

Great base for holiday in Cornwall

Place had everything you need for a short break. Kitcgen was well stocked, everythung was clean and had all we needed. Resort itself is good, outside pool is cold, but clean and huge! Teen zone was fab for my son. A great base for our adventuring. Only slight problem we had was the patio doors. People walking past did like to look in and so we kept curtains shut. That was our issue though, not anyone else's. Would recommend

Brilliant property. Comfortable with everything we needed. Kitchen was especially well equipped with everything you need to cook full meals if you wanted to. Towels and bed linen really clean and fresh. It didn't really register when I was booking that we were on a site. We didn’t use it much, but on check in make sure you mention that you can use the outdoor pool as part of the booking. We were told initially that we couldn’t but on checking it was included. Only one niggle was the wifi. It was really sketchy. If I’d worked from the house as planned for a day or two I would have really struggled. As it was, it wasn’t an issue and we had a wonderful holiday.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Cornwall. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattet. Um Cornwall zu erkunden, ist sie zentral gelegen. Wir waren 10 Tage da und haben uns überwiegend selbst versorgt und jeden Tag Touren unternommen. Wir haben nichts vermisst und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Ideally located centrally to most places to visit. Very clean property and would happily stay there again. The local pub on site has a good selection of beer and the food on offer was really nice and didn't cost the earth either

Perfect location and property. Lovely owner Jake was there to welcome us and have a chat and said to call if we needed anything. Great value property at Atlantic Reach

Really well presented property at Atlantic Reach. All you could need for four people with great access to Popular beaches around Newquay and Padstow. The property is privately owned so doesn't have access to the indoor pool onsite which would be a nice to have but the price of the property would be much higher to achieve this, excellent value and thank you for our stay.

Perfect base for a fabulous holiday

This is our second time staying at this property and it has everything we need. It’s a good size property with plenty of space for us a family with 2 children. The location suits us well close to Newquay but also perfect for visiting lots of other places such as Padstow, Perranporth, Holywell Bay etc. The property has everything you could need, the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. The beds are comfortable and the house is spotless. Communication with Jake is great really prompt. We are looking forward to visiting again soon.

Great property for a family of 4. clean and tidy with all the amenities you could hope for. Excellent value for money within the school holidays. Jake (the owner) could not be more helpfull. He Responded to all our questions and requests promptly and efficiently. Would recommend a stay.
