This house is located 3 houses in from the beach, Bedrooms 1 and 2 have full beds and the 3rd bedroom has twin size bunks (all beds are new) Washer and dryer , New appliances, Sleeps 8 with 2 on self supplied blow up mattress. Screened in front porch, Digital TV for when you just need a break indoors and WI-FI to update your social media status as to all the fun you are having, 6 beach passes, New BBQ, On site parking If you love the beach you will love our home and location. Our beautiful beaches and amazing boardwalk is only steps away. ABSOLUTELY NO PROMS OR GROUPS!

I chose this neighborhood because I felt it was a great place to host rentals for families that want a safe clean home to spend their vacation.

What makes this property unique

I pride myself on having an extremely clean updated home close enough to the attractions but allowing your family to have your quiet down time. There are two houses on this lot. The rental is up front with the street access and I live in the house in the back.
