2025 Calendar open!! CENTRAL Air Conditioning and NEW washer and dryer, Full Size.
Please know that our clientele are families with children. It was designed this way as we have raised our children here.
OUR HOME is CLEAN. The way we like it for ourselves and the wonderful and responsible families that stay with us. Walk to the beach!!! Walk to Mini Golf, Water Park, and ice cream. 1 min. drive to public pier for fishing, crabbing, paddle boarding, and jet skiing. Walk to water park. (6) beach passes for use for the Seaside Park Private beach. Private rear enclosed yard. Lounge chairs, Teak table set for (8) as well as an additional composite picnic table for entertaining your family vacation. Composite yard deck, Weber Propane Gas Grill and an outdoor enclosed hot and cold shower, 3 flat screen TVs. No Towels or Sheets provided for sanitary reasons. Linen Company advertised for your convenience. Rentals are on a week(s) basis. They run Saturday to the following Saturday. Boardwalk Carousel on the Boardwalk Open. The beach house is a sheer delight! Extremely clean, cozy and comfortable. Huge back deck area for sunning, barbecuing and enjoying sunset cocktails. The mattresses were so comfortable, and everything one needs to cook with is supplied. Beautiful decor and soothing beach colors. Only drawback is steep staircase to bedrooms. Hosts Corrin and Mike have done a wonderful job.

Perfect!

This was the perfect beach house, the home was spotless, the yard was the perfect wind down spot after a long day on the beach. The location could not have been any better, 1 block to both the beach and boardwalk, yet away from all the noise and traffic. Mike and Corrin were always available to answer all questions that we had, and always accommodating. Like Mike and Corrin said, it is a place to make your memories, we sure did!

Great place to stay, close to the beach one block from the boardwalk and easy access to rte 37 and bridge over to Tom's River and many stores and shops are within 15-20 minutes. point Pleasant & Jenkinsons boardwalk are north off this site off Rte 35 within 20minutes. Communication with Mike was very easy and made our stay that much more enjoyable. House has large deck outback with table, chairs umbrellas, gas grill and also has chairs and umbrella if your going to the beach. Just bring your food, linens and paper products and have a great vacation.

We loved our stay here! The property is conveniently located near the beach and boardwalk - quick five minute walk. The place was comfortable and clean, definitely well-maintained. The living area is roomy, with two big sofas, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. The yard is a good size as well, with lots of seating and a grill. One of the bedrooms is quite large with a king bed, wicker table and chairs. The other two bedrooms are smaller, but still comfortable. Having two full bathrooms was a huge plus. The owners were wonderful - quick responses whenever we had a question.

This was our second time visiting Seaside Heights. This property was well-maintained. The owner responded promptly to any questions or concerns. The beach tags were amazing to have as well. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies that we needed for cooking, etc.. The backyard had plenty of room to entertain in the location was absolutely perfect. Walk to everything never used our car once And that was to exit. We will be back and I would highly recommend this property to Any family Going on a vacation See you soon♥️

The location is good and the house is a good size. Enclosed backyard was idea for the kids.

But the place was not very clean we had to clean it ourselves to be comfortable and left it in better condition than when we came. We left the keys on counter not in lockbox and the owner is not returning deposit very petty people be careful. I won’t use them again.

Summer Vacation

Great location, close to the beach and the boardwalk. The kids decided to camp out in the living room which was roomy and comfortable and the main bedroom was bright and spacious. When we go back to Seaside Park we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect spot for a Jersey Shore Vacay

This home is perfectly situated to enjoy all that Seaside Park/Heights has to offer. If you have little ones it’s a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk for lots of fun. Boardwalk businesses were following Covid rules well and we felt safe. Owners of this property were a pleasure to deal with.
