Serendipity is a fantastic 3+bedroom vacation rental along the ocean, the beach, and the 10-Mile River north of Fort Bragg. The spacious home offers lots of room to roam with a king primary full bath (includes 2 twin beds in a trundle), 2 queen bedrooms, with bathrooms, and an alcove bedroom with a queen bed. An additional cottage with a king and a queen sofa sleeper with a half bath to sleep up to 14 people in total. But there’s more - a fun-filled game room, a fully equipped stainless-steel kitchen, and a private hot tub making it the perfect setting for your next family reunion or holiday gathering! The home is ideally located across the street from beach access (at 10 Mile River & Seaside Beach), just five minutes away from whale watching and collecting sea shells at MacKerricher State Park, 14 minutes to antique shopping and restaurants in Fort Bragg, and if you want to stretch it a bit, just another 8 minutes down the road to Mendocino.
The home will instantly relax you with heated tile flooring, a gas fireplace, and a large sectional sofa. A stained glass window depicting life undersea becomes the beautiful focal point of the open-concept living room. The carved-wood media center offers flat-screen cable TV, CD player, DVD library and player.
Kitchen accessories include a dishwasher, French door refrigerator w/ice maker, double sink, ovens, and glass stove top. The kitchen island will keep you from brushing elbows while preparing the big meal, and two bar stools around the island for relaxing and visiting with the chefs of your group. The early risers can enjoy a large pub-style table with 4 chairs next to large picture windows to view the outdoor wildlife. Just off the living area are a formal dining room and table for ten. The garage has been set up as a game room, offering a wood table for four to deal out a game of Texas Hold 'Em, a foosball table, a ping-pong table, and plenty of storage space for your beach bags and mountain bikes. When game time's over, lounge outside in patio furniture on the deck or in the private hot tub. The charcoal grill and hot tub will allow you to keep the fun outdoors and take advantage of the fresh ocean air.

Although Serendipity is pet friendly, please note that it is limited to dogs only with a maximum number of no more than 2.
