My little house at the seaside in a quiet position - roof terrace 35 sq. mts.

36 square meters apartment + 36 sqms. roof terrace. Other terrace along the apartament. Private small garden with staircase leading to my property on the first floor: Fully equipped Kitchen/Living room with table, chairs and comfortable sofabed (2 people). Bathroom with shower. Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.
Roof terrace with table, umbrella and deckchairs. Fantastic place for sunbathing, for enjoying meals in the open air. There is an additional shower (cold) in the open air on this terrace.

My property is the perfect place for a simple, cozy vacation at the seaside.
The nearest beach is 15 minutes on foot from the property.
Bycicle is suggested to have a larger range of beaches to choose (there is a byc renting place in the village)
Cars are permitted and they can be parked right in front of the different bathing establishments.
MARINA DI MONTALTO DI CASTRO is a seaside resort/village with a great number of white houses (Mediterranean style) immersed in extended pinewoods.
In the center of the little town there many restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, stores etc..
Entertainment places, amusement parks for children and other attractions.
Sandy beaches miles long with bathing establishments or just free to anyone. People can walk for kilometers along desert beaches at the seashore.
Montalto di Castro is still an agricultural place: around my property there are many farms growing, according to the season, artichokes, asparagus, tomatoes, strawberries, watermelons etc.. People can buy fresh fruit and vegetables directly from farm.
The area around Montalto di Castro, the Tuscia area (the Etruscan Italy) is also extremely reach in artistic, historic, archaeological sites:
- Archaeological Park of Vulci (10 km. from Montalto)
- Tarquinia with its famous Necropolis (painted tombs), National Museum and Churches.
- Tuscania
- Cerveteri - Etruscan town and tombs.
Etruscan tombs and remnants all over the Region.

That's myself. I live in Florence but I like beaches and sunbathing. This is the reason why years ago I decided to buy a small property and I chose Marina di Montalto because it is a nice, cosy little town in the green.
I like this place in the winter, too. Climate is good, dry (not too much rain) and there are so many interesting sites to visit all over the area.

Why they chose this property
Years ago I was looking for a place at the seaside for myself and my family. When I saw Marina di Montalto di Castro it was 'love at the first sight'. Years ago the environment was extremely primitive but charming with extended pinewoods, few houses and long, long desert beaches. I enjoyed it so much that I decided immediately to buy a small house which I still have and love.
