1BR Guest Apartment On Private Estate -KING BED- Pick Oranges by the Front Door

We are centrally located in the foothills of Vista, 15 minutes to Carlsbad Beach, Oceanside Beach, 45 minutes to downtown San Diego. Vista is known for its perfect year round climate, sunny days, cool nights, ocean breezes, and rural small-town feel. Wake to the sound of birds singing. Close to town, with many restaurants and breweries.
This 1 bedroom guest apartment is an attached unit with private entrance in a million dollar private estate home in the Vista foothills. - We offer fresh picked organic oranges, avocados, grapefruits, persimmons or apples, depending on the time of year. The apartment has a large great-room (12' x 24') with dine-in fully equipped kitchenette complete with dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and other amenities.
The living room couch is convertible to a full size bed. Linens are provided. We offer Direct TV with HBOMax, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and many others.
There is a separate bedroom with KING size bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower.
It comes with one parking spot right in front of the door and is located on a private road. There aren't any laundry facilities, but there is a laundromat very close by. Close to parks, tennis courts, frisbee golf course, grocery stores (Albertsons, Aldi, Northgate Mexican Market, Sprouts) shopping (Westfield North County Mall, Carlsbad Premium Outlets, San Marcos Plaza), movie theaters, restaurants and easy access to hwy 78 and hwy 15.

The neighborhood

This is a peaceful country neighborhood but is close to every convenience such as a movie theater, grocery stores, restaurants, breweries and parks. 10 minutes to the beach.

Car is required. Close to hwy 5 and 15. Nearby Sprinter (north county light rail) station.

We had a very pleasant stay with Susan. The grounds are beautiful and the apartment was quiet, which I appreciate. It was very clean, up to my standards of clean, which is saying something! The small kitchen was well appointed with all the necessities. I was surprised how comfortable the bed was as I've stayed places with horrible beds. And the bathroom was large, with a bathtub! It seems bathtubs are not so easily found these days. I would definitely book again. As a matter of fact, I would have loved to have had more time there.

Beautiful property, but very remote. Nothing within walking distance and road to get there was very narrow and twisty. Hostess was so nice. Orange trees just feet from the from door provided sounds of happy birds and fresh morning juice - yum!

We are located only 15 minutes from downtown Vista, where there are numerous restaurants, movie theaters, shops and breweries. The drive takes around 15 minutes to reach Oceanside beaches, as well as 20 minutes to Carlsbad beach. We and most of our guests love the peace and quiet at our serene semi-rural property.

We provide a lovely 2 person covered swing in the front garden, with a view of flowers, trees and the local hills. Next time you stay here, I'll be sure to point it out! This place is beautiful, clean, quiet, and had everything you would need while you are there. The bed was comfortable, the towels were nice, and the unit is very spacious. A fantastic place!

This was such a quaint and peaceful place to stay. It was so quiet, too. The neighborhood was beautiful and a great place to take a walk if you wanted. It felt like we were far removed from the busyness of the city, but it was actually only minutes to everything.Susan was so welcoming and kind. The place was in immaculate condition.
