We loved the villa. Absolutely beautiful, and has everything you need. We loved to spend time by the pool, using the barbecue and the air con with the heatwave we had was a big plus! The agency were quick to answer our questions, and when we called needing help, somebody was there within 20 minutes. Thanks again!

I have to agree the Villa is spacious and very well set out, but its tired. It was clean, but for the cost I would have expected the furnishings to have been of a higher standard. The amenities listed are not all in working order, NO satellite TV, only 5 bikes, 1 of which had a puncture, WIFI is very hit and miss.My final word is way over priced !!

Lovely villa in private location.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa and found the facilities very good. Our children found the pool very cold and the wifi only worked in the central parts of the villa. Car is essential for the location but villa is well signposted. We did experience some problem with a smell from the bathroom drain in one bedroom and the maintenance man came promptly to resolve. We also requested cycle helmets which the owner arranged immediately. Overall a very nice villa, clean and well maintained.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage und guter Service

Großes und modernes Haus mit guter Ausstattung und großen Zimmern, ideal für zwei 4-5-köpfige Familien. Das Haus ist leicht erreichbar, liegt aber etwas abseits, genau das lieben wir. Der Außenbereich bietet Schattenplätze, viele Liegen, einen großen, überdachten Tisch und sogar ein Poolhaus mit einem weiteren großen Tisch, Spüle, Kühlschrank und Gasgrill. Für uns war die Aufteilung innen und außen perfekt. Die Parkplätze sind ebenfalls überdacht. Der Pool war bei Ankunft leider nicht sauber, was aber zeitnah behoben wurde. Einige Kleinigkeiten im Haus sollten instandgesetzt werden, aber nichts, was einen erholsamen Urlaub stören würde.

Wir waren hier mit der ganzen Familie und hätten wirklich keinen besseren Ort finden können. Jedes Paar hatte sein eigenes Zimmer mit Bad, was das Zusammenleben total entspannt gemacht hat. Das Haus ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt!! Wir freuen uns schon darauf, wiederzukommen!!

Das absolute Highlight der Finca ist natürlich der Pool. Die Sauberkeit und der Service waren sehr gut. Für eine größere Gruppe war die Finca perfekt. Die Finca ist bereits ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Da kann nachgebessert werden. Der Reinigungsdienst war am Abreisetag bereits um kurz nach 9 Uhr vor Ort. Das war etwas stressig.

Beautiful, modern roperty which was perfect for our large group. Large bedrooms and shared spaces with ensuite in each. Cleanliness was excellent and pool a great size. Would highly reccommend. Outside toilet, wifi signal very poor so boosters around the property, gas ran out so pethaps a way to swap bottles ourselves. Bath towels a little thin and need replacing.

Auch nach dem zweiten Mal begeistert

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage, perfekt für größere Gruppen, da man unmliegend keinem stören kann. Sehr modern eingerichtet, besonders gut gefällt uns, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Die Küche im Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Unkomplizierte Vermittlung, musste zweimal umbuchen, das war kein Problem:) Der Wäscheständer war bereits vor 3 Jahren kaputt, der Mangel wurde bis heute nicht behoben. In der Außenküche ist nichts an Besteck, Tellern etc, diese mussten wir ständig von drinnen raustragen

Tolle, wunderschöne und stylische Finca mit kleinen Abstrichen

Die Finca ist einfach wunderschön, total stylisch und wunderbar ruhig gelegen, was einerseits toll ist (falls es was zu feiern gibt und es mal lauter wird), andererseits braucht man für alles das Auto. Durch die Berge hatten wir zudem mit dem Wetter nicht ganz soviel Glück (am Meer war es wunderschön wd. es in Inca geregnet hat). Die Zimmer sind toll und die Betten bequem! Was die Finca angeht sind es nur Kleinigkeiten: Die Laken der Matratzen aller Zimmer sind zu klein in den Bädern fehlen Haken und Ablageflächen - die Unterschränke sind stylisch aber wenig zweckmässig eine Kommode mit mehreren Schubladen in den Zimmern wäre vorteilhafter Haken an der Wand neben den Zimmertüren wären prima das.

Also eigentlich sind die Fotos im Inserat eine Frechheit. Dementsprechend war die Enttäuschung bei Ankunft groß. Der komplette Pool- und Terrassenbereich wurde durch einen Podestbau aus Fliesen und Gras/trockener Erde völlig verunstaltet. Alles wirkt nun gedrungen und ungepflegt. Zudem ist es total unpraktisch, weil man sich ständig die Füße dreckig macht. Genau das, was bei den Fotos so edel und großflächig wirkt, ist nicht mehr vorhanden. Zudem wurde die Outdoorküche, anders wie auf den Fotos, durch eine zusätzliche Wand vom Sitzbereich getrennt. Der Pool ist schön, aber nicht wie im Inserat beschrieben 16m lang. Solche Angaben sind bei so einem hohen Preis eine Frechheit. Bei Ankunft war der Toaster und die Kaffeemaschine defekt. Es gab keinen Staubsauger, um die 500qm sauber zu halten. Der Ersatz kam zwar prompt, der Staubsauger war trotzdem kaum zu gebrauchen und stank bei Benutzung. Der Bezug der Stühle im Wohnzimmer war verschlissen. Sämtliche Wände hatten Wasserflecken, die den Farbanstrich runterrieseln haben lassen. Das Fußball- und Volleyballfeld gleicht einem Acker. Der Reinigung des Pools und der Müllabholung musste hinterhertelefoniert werden. Alle waren immer nett und freundlich, aber so weit sollte es eigentlich nicht kommen müssen. Wir haben für 10 Tage viel Geld bezahlt und haben einen ganz anderen Standard erwartet. Wir hatten dennoch einen schönen Urlaub, werden aber nicht mehr wiederkommen.
