Family holiday home between sea and countryside

Old farm landaise, this typical half-timbered house renovated. it is located in an airial planted with century-old oaks and has at the back of a private garden. All shops are within walking distance as it is located only 150 m from the village center, its shops and its daily market.

the house is in a pleasant and quiet setting .. A terrace allows to comfortably sun loungers and deckchairs.
The interior is simply decorated in a holiday spirit by respecting the original architecture. a large living room of 50 m2 opening on each side of the garden is very bright. it is open on an American kitchen. Upstairs are 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms very clear. Each room has a large window to the garden. For interior design, we favored raw materials: concrete bench in the kitchen and terracotta tiles, solid pine flooring in other rooms.

Leon is a preserved village close to beaches and dunes of the Atlantic, but away from peak tourist areas. A freshwater lake offering water activities and a nature reserve that can be discovered by boat are the charm of this peaceful place.
The Landes forest is crisscrossed with bike paths that can follow the coast north to the beaches of the Gironde and south to Hossegor.
The village offers a daily market and once a week a night market. The cinema is located 100 meters from the house, as all the shops.
Leo Surf Club offers courses for children and adults. The range of the Lette Blanche remains a place very unspoiled wilderness protected dunes and monitored during the 2 summer months.
The Huchet which connects the lake to the sea can be put together in a boat piloted by boatmen who will show you the site. A very nice walk in the forest is also possible to discover the nature reserve of the current.
