House with private pool and garden for 6/8 poeple à L'Escala.

Single storey villa (100 m2). Situated in Riells de Dalt approx 1500 m from the sea front – Riells beach, shops and restaurants.

Storey house:
- Lounge/ Dining
- Kitchen
- 3 bedrooms (1 doble, 1 four fold, 1 doble with bathroom)
- 1 bathroom and toilet
- Garage (no to parc the car)

Outside:
- Enclosed garden
- Covered and discovered Terrace with bbq
- Private pool 3 m x 6 m with stairs ladder.

The price of the rent is determined according to the time of the year and for a maximum number of people.

50% will be paid upon booking of the accommodation and 50% will be paid a maximum one month before the stay.

Payments will be made by card online.

Pets : 50 €

The caution: 300 €, will be given at the reception of the keys of the house. (Check or card)

The cleaning of the day of exit is not included in the price of the hiring, it is optional: 85 €. (cash)

Possibility to rent beds linens and towels.

Included in the price are water, electricity and gas. € 50 extra for the hot air conditioning in the living room and € 50 for the room radiators

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Das Inserat hat das Haus sehr genau wiedergegeben. Alles war bei Übernahme sauber. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir sind mit Hund verreist, die Umgebung des Hauses ist klasse, sehr viel Rasenflächen und Wald. Ideal für einen Hund. Die Übergabe und Rücknahme des Objektes vor Ort verlief super. Für uns war es ein sehr entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub. Vielen Dank!
