Villa Maravilla - with private swimming pool

Villa Maravilla is a luxurious villa on two floors with top quality finishes. It has six bedrooms, all with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, plus a guest bathroom close to the dining area. The interior is modern and welcoming, with designer furniture and contemporary decoration. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area has a large dining table, perfect for all the guests.



Outside, Villa Maravilla offers a wonderful swimming pool, comfortable sunbeds, a furnished area for sharing snacks, a chill out area and an exclusive Jacuzzi. There is also a garage area. This property is located just a few metres from the beach, restaurants and leisure activities, with easy access to the motorway to travel to any part of the island.



Public transport: less than 200 metres away you will find the following regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB. Our recommendation to go to the city centre is line 25 which, in just 15 minutes, will take you to a very central area of Palma.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). First impressions of the property was WOW

Stayed here with a group of 10 people all coming on a fitness holiday. When we first entered the property we were blown away the pictures do not do this place justice Very spacious and modern. Every room had an ensuite with high quality showersbaths. Location ideal close to beach bars and restaurants. I need to mention the staff that look after the property, in particular Saray. From booking to helping us with anything while we were there was top class I would HIGHLY reccomend this place it's the full package Looking forward to my return

One word- Fabulous loved the location - very accessible to the city, local restaurants and activities . We had the most magical time with 10 adults from 2 families - the house is as good as the photos and way more. The table-tennis table and BBQ-grill- were very much appreciated, and the accessibility to the city and the rest of the island was great too. The responses to small issues in the house that were fixed quickly was excellent. Highly recommend this house for large groups because it was very spacious and well maintained. -

Beautiful spacious home one block form the ocean

The home is very new and nice, it fit our group and we did not feel crampedon top of each other. The house is well equipped in the kitchen areas and outside. It was January and the pool is not heated so we did not get to use it, but it is as beautiful as the pic shows. Overall we had a great time and loved having a nice clean safe place to go back to each night Also note that if you have more than what is registered in your group -we had to get 2 houses to fit our entire group- the people that are not registered at the house are not allowed, -signs everywhere- we probably would have not rented this house if we would have known this prior to putting down a deposit. The other house allowed other so it worked out ok.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Gastgeber hat uns gleich freundlich empfangen und mit wichtigen Infos versorgt.Kann ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfohlen werden.Alles vorhanden, was man so im täglichen Leben braucht.Restaurants und Super Markt in der Nähe. Die Finca ist ein Traum!

Die Finca ist ein Traum! Durch die vielen Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad ist sie echt für 12 Leute zu empfehlen! Perfekte Lage zum Party machen gehen, aber auch perfekt um gemütliche Stunden auf der Anlage zu verbringen! Ausstattung ist top und auch die Kommunikation mit den Verantwortlichen hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen! Wir können es nur zu 100pfehlen!Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! -

Super Lage, Super Luxus, Super Urlaub

Die Fotos entsprechen dem Haus zu 100 Die Lage ist 1A. Man hört zwar die Musik vom nahen "Deutschen Eck", aber nicht so das es beim Nüchtern werden stören würde. Es gab zwar kleinere Probleme, diese konnte die Verwaltung aber dank direktem Kontakt zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit lösen. Das violette Zimmer ist etwas vom Rest abgetrennt, unter der "Rattanlounge". Die Fixleintücher wollten einfach nicht auf der Matratze bleiben.

Die Ausstattung war sehr gehoben und preislich auch völlig angemessen. An der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war nichts auszusetzen. Ein Highlight war der Pool mit integriertem Jacuzzi. Das Meer war innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Obwohl die Villa direkt in der Bierstraße liegt, war es dort sehr leise. Fazit ein super Objekt, das den Preis auch wert ist.
