Lovely apartment with stunning sea view

Beautiful apartment with a panoramic view on the Mediterranean Sea located in a small typical village of the Liguria Region, between Genoa and Portofino. It is close to beaches, restaurants, shops and train station. You can park your car and do everything by foot or by train. It is perfect if you want to combine cultural activities (museums in Genoa, Palace, Aquarium, historic centre and old Harbour), visits (Cinque Terre by train or boat, Portofino, parks and museums in Nervi), and swimming.
There is the possibility to practice water sports (sailing school for children, canoeing, surfing, sup and diving), to rent a boat for the day, to hike on the Ligurian mountains and in the natural park of Portofino, and to go whale watching in the sanctuary of the cetaceans.

Nice but noisy

The unit is as advertised and is well appointed and confortable. Everything you need. Balcony is small but nice view. The challenge is the building is not sound proof and there is a lot of noise coming from other units and the area itself is congested and noisy. Great place unless you have an aversion to noise.

Auch Ende Oktober/Anfang November schön!

Fabienne ist sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung und vor allem die Lage sind ideal für einen Urlaub zwischen Städtetrip nach Genua und Wanderungen an der Küste.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieterin

Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Wohn-/Essbereich, vor allem der Blick über die Häuser und das Meer sind fantastisch. Die Lage ist hervorragend: direkt in der Altstadt, Parkplatz, 5 min zum Strand, 20 min nach Genua. Die Wohnung bietet alle wichtigen Einrichtungen und Dinge, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Mankos sind die Lautstärke der Züge, die relativ nah bis zur späten Stunde am Haus vorbeirauschen (was in vielen Orten Liguriens allerdings ein ortsübliches Problem darstellt - die Züge fahren über Brücken mitten durch die Altstädte) und eine etwas kleine Dusche. Insgesamt aber eine Wohnung in der sich die Ferien voll und ganz genießen lassen.

4 gg in Liguria con 2 bimbe. ottima posizione, abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto e ci siamo mossi senza. Appartamento in centro negozi e ristoranti a portata di mano. Siamo andati al acquario di Genova in treno comodissimo 30 min.

Appartamento ampio e luminoso, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere una serena vacanza. Posizione centrale e comodissima per il mare, per la stazione e per tutti i servizi compresa l'ottima e consigliata Focacceria della Piazza. Da segnalare anche che la vicinanza alla ferrovia non ha disturbato il riposo notturno. Utilissimo il posto auto, vista la scarsità di parcheggio a Bogliasco.

sejour très agréable

L’appartement est confortable et très lumineux, avec depuis le sejour une magnifique vue sur la côte du golfe du paradis. Il est est bien équipé et nous n’avons manqué de rien. La residence est parfaitement située, à deux pas des commerces de Bogliasco, de la plage, des restaurants et de la gare. Pendant notre sejour, nous avons fait tous nos déplacements en train, en bateau, et à pied. Nous n’avons pas touché à notre voiture, que nous avions laissée sur le parking privatif et gratuit de la résidence (très apreciable). En contre-partie de cette proximité ferroviaire, le sejour est quelque peu agrementé par le passage des trains et leur coup de klaxon, qui finalement ne nous ont pas particulierement derangés. Fabienne et son mari vous acceuillent avec le sourire et en français. Leurs conseils d’excursions et de restaurants sont excellents. nous avons donc très bien mangé et passé un très agreable sejour à Bogliasco, et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Risveglio sul mare

L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto e l'abbiamo trovato pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario e oltre. La posizione è molto bella con l'affaccio sul mare. Ed è molto comodo il posto auto che così si può lasciare ferma dato che i negozi sono vicini. La ferrovia è a due passi ed buono volendo visitare la riviera in treno. I treni che passano li vicino per noi non sono stati un problema con le finestre chiuse. Fabienne è stata molto gentile all'accoglienza ed è subito intervenuta per risolvere un piccolo problema con il riscaldamento. Unico neo i cuscini che sarebbero proprio da cambiare. Comunque lo consiglio senz'altro.

superbe emplacement

l'appartement est tres bien place, tres spacieux, moderne, bien equipe. Le petit balcon qui donne sur la plage est un plus. Petits commerces autour et bon restaurants. E il faut a peine 5 mns pour descendre jusqu'a la plage.Le seul point negatif est la voie ferree un peu trop proche, avec les trains qui klaxonnent parfois au milieu de la nuit...mais sinon, c'est ideal!

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in idealer Lage

sehr sauber und gepflegt; alles da, was man braucht; Herrlichen Meerblick und nur 5 Gehminuten zum Strand; Lediglich die nahe Eisenbahnlinie ist deutlich hörbar, was aber wohl für den ganzen Ort gilt.

Beautiful apartment in a charming quiet location. Everything one needs close to hand and a good base to visit busier more touristy sites. Fabienne is a good host and is on hand if needed.

Ideale per scoprire la Riviera Ligure!

L`appartamento si trova in una posizione ideale: a pochi passi dalla stazione, dalla spiaggia, da negozi, ristoranti e bar. Dall`ampio soggiorno (con terrazzino!) si gode di una fantastica vista mare, fino al promontorio di Portofino. Ogni stanza è arredata in maniera funzionale e con gusto. Bagno e cucinino sono impeccabili e non manca veramente niente! La località stessa, Bogliasco, è ideale per "vivere" la Riviera Ligura. Un piccolo paesino con una bella spiaggetta, tutte le infrastrutture necessarie, un ottimo collegamento treno e ... una mitica gelateria, da non perdere :-) Bogliasco può essere anche punto di partenza per delle belle passeggiate a piedi: si può salire a S. Bernardo e da qui proseguire per diverse mete (nell`appartamento si trova anche una cartina che segnala i diversi percorsi). Un grazie grande allora a Fabienne, per un appartamento così ben curato e per la sua disponibilità!

Magnifique

Magique Bogliasco village superbe à voir absolument. appartement très mignon avec une vue superbe!!! Fabienne est très sympathique et nous lui avons fait la remarque de poser du double vitrage aux fenêtres. Mais la vue efface ces petits problèmes.
