Florida Vacation - Perfecto retreat

Beautiful fully remodeled 770 S.F. cabin on waterfront residential property. Property includes a fishing pier, and free access to two kayaks.
An 8-ft. deep shared swimming pool is provided for excellent swimming and sun-bathing.
A picnic area is also provided. Barbeque grill and picnic table. Enjoy nature watching includes dolphins, manatees, eagles, pelicans, and other local wildlife.
NOTE: Owner has severe emotional reactions in the presence of domestic animals, therefore no service animals, emotional support animals, or pets of any kind will be allowed.

Perfect

It was perfect for us. Loved it from the minute we walked through the tropical plants to the intercostal view. The pool house was spacious, airy, clean and comfy. The dock for fishing, chairs for reading, chaises for sunbathing, kayaks, picnic table and grill were all used. Property is close to grocery stores, malls, restaurants and the beaches. Danny and Yelana were so welcoming and helpful. We loved it and will be back.

Beautiful property and unbeatable view.

This was a very fun, comfortable, and overall enjoyable stay for me and my family. We happened to travel to Florida during a weird cold spell, but it didn’t keep us from enjoying our trip. We spent some time hanging out in the backyard/pool area, and kicking back on the private dock. The house is located really close to the St. Pete beaches, and only 30 minutes or so from downtown Tampa. 10/10

Perfecto in every way

Danny and Yelena were accommodating, attentive and welcoming. Their home is meticulously managed and the stay was no less than perfect. I would stay for an entire month next time!

Perfect Stay

Staying here was everything I wanted and more! The pictures are real; it is a comfortable space, with great lighting, and awesome outdoor amenities. Nicely furnished, lots of space, and strong wifi (for my many Zoom and Meet calls, as I worked remotely). I was a little worried about the lack of a stove before I got there, but between the grill, hotplate, and all the other kitchen gadgets provided, I had everything I needed. A particularly nice touch, was the poolside music that Danny will set for you or you can control yourself with your phone. Thanks to Danny and Yelena for being the perfect hosts!
