Two-storey modern villa with its own private pool, located in the pretty village of Trebes on the Canal du Midi. A short short walk from the house brings you to the canal-side bars and restaurants at the canal-side in Trebes. Only a ten minute drive from the town of Carcassonne and the Cité heritage site. The house and pool are for your use only. Three bedrooms, large open plan dining/sitting room, well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower/ bath, and separate second toilet. Suitable for family up to four adults and two children. (Two doubles and one twin room suitable for children). Ample seating and dining areas. TV and free internet access. Patios to front and back for those long Summer evening barbecues. Lovely private pool, outdoor furniture, coal-barbecue, sun-loungers. Short drive to local supermarkets. Excellent location for visiting Carcassonne and beautiful Languedoc countryside.

Why they chose this property

Our favourite things to do while at Villa Vivaldi Trebe are strolling to the centre of the village for a drink or meal on the banks of the canal, cycling or walking along the canal paths or through the vineyards near the house. The world heritage site of Carcassonne Cité is only ten minutes drive away. Interesting day trips include amazing Cathar castles, fascinating caves and into the Pyrenees. There are some wonderful markets nearby, and restaurants from pizza to Michelin star. Carcassonne golf club, just up the road, welcomes visitors. All this and possible day trips to Narbonne and the beaches beyond, or the beautiful city of Toulouse. Many guests take overnight trips to Barcelona and Andorra. For clients who wish to improve their french we can recommend and offer you more information on Ludo Expression language school in nearby Carcassonne. You will find a book in the house with details and suggestions for a great holiday.....and there are always those lazy days by the private pool followed by a barbecue outdoors.

The private swimming pool is a good size: Length 8m, width 4m Depth from 1.2m to 1.8m.
Cleaning and maintenance of the pool is carried out regularly, by our local maintenance person who may call during your stay. You do not need to make any arrangements, and this will not interfere with your relaxation and enjoyment during your stay.
