About this property

The Ashworth is a fantastic property, built by Drake Development it has all of the amenities that you are looking for in an oceanfront WiFi, including indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river and kiddee pools, plus a fitness room. Property has WI-Fi
and cable TV including all new flat screen tvs with DVD in each bedroom and a larger 42 inch flat screen in the living room, also with DVD and a TV in each bedroom. The unit was just partially remodeled in 2013 and again in 2016. It is a very nice 3BR oceanfront condo. It is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. Ocean Drive is known as the Shag Capital (SC state dance) which originated in OD in the 50s and is danced to the local beach music. Beach music and the Shag is still danced in the Beach Clubs located a short walk away on Main Street. Main street is a mix of unique shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, and beach ware shops all situated in the very quaint aura of Ocean Drive. In the past few years they have just re-opened the OD Pavillion and Amusement Park. It is the only oceanfront amusement park in the area. It is smaller sized and very family oriented. It is for sure a don't miss.

(This property does not allow boats, trailers nor motorcycles. You may ONLY have parking permits for up to 2 vehicles. Also pets are not allowed nor is the discharge of fireworks from the property, nor is the use of laser pointers.) THIS BUILDING DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKING AND IS DESIGNATED A NON-SMOKING UNIT. This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age and the booking is to a group of individuals then all persons in a group have to be over the age of 25 years. This does not apply to mother and fathers with children albeit in those cases the parents must be over the age of 25. Rental Agreement is required!

Staying at Ashworth Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was cleaner than others we stayed at with other managers. It is in a perfect location on the beach near Maine Street with good amenities. Within walking distance from many restaurants and shops. We were able to have our mail forwarded to the managers office at no charge. We had a great vacation and would like to get another rental through the managers since the one we had was sold.

Don’t waste or time or money

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was horrible , me and my family vacation a lot and this was by far one of the most disgusting place ever. The management was horrible and discriminating towards me . They were rude and unkind towards the things we ask them to fix .

Loved our stay!

We loved the unit, it was clean, plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 infant. We had to call the property manager for a new iron (the one in the unit was burned on the bottom) by the time we arrived back from dinner, it was in the unit. Parking was no issue, plenty of spaces. The only complaint is the the appliances are really dated, the unit definitely needs a new stove. This following is just useful information for others not complaints: bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap. Depending on how often you run the dishwasher; you are furnished 2 Finish tablets. Hand soap, trash bags, you have a regular coffeemaker (no K cups), laundry detergent.

Winchester Vacation 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo Temp set at 75 Degrees and cannot change so gets hot. Would recommend setting to at least 70 in Summer. They do have Ceiling Fans in Living Room and Master Bedroom but does not help when weather is so hot.Ceiling Fans were very dusty- we cleaned one in MB due to allergys. Could not reach one in LR.Wobbly chair in Dining Room sit aside to fix.Middle Slat fell on Twin Bed next to window. We fixed to get by.Not alot of Pots and Pans- Only small frying pans and a Large Pan like u would make a big batch of Spegetti in and 2 working burners. Went to Walmart and bought our own. They did offer to get more on Thursday we left Saturday. Maybe they will get new pot and pans.No K Cup Machine- Bring own.Freezer was turned up and could not turn back down as everything was frozen solid.Film was left on counters- Had to wipe down. Dishes left in Dish Washer.Issues were reported by email for documentation but did not hear back until vacation was almost over.Cleaning issues were not reported due to not wanting to wait to settle in as we had 5 people and alot of unpacking and groceries. Hopefully this information will help the owners. The condo itself has comfortable furniture and beds. Love the Master Bath and balcony view. Would recommend this property if the Fans were cleaned, Temperature Adjusted Lower, Twin Bed and Burners were fixed.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The elevators were very dark. Our rental was not very clean , ceiling fans were dusty, cups were dirty in cabinet, one of the bathroom floors was dirty, And lamp light was not working. The ceilings were black and looked dirty.Location was great and when I reported that the balcony handle was loose they came next day to fix it.
