Place was right on the beach with lots of pools and hot tubs. Cute tiki bar too. Place was very clean with plenty of space.

The Mar Vista Grande is a fantastic condo building. The rental agency was easy to work with & communicated well.We loved the parking garage, coded building & amenities, location, cleanliness, & size of the condo. It’s always disappointing when people are smoking on their balconies, which seemed to be the same time we were on our balcony. The inside of our unit was cosmetically maintained, but this unit needs new furniture. The master king bed is really uncomfortable; the couches have springs getting ready to pop through; kitchen needs some love, too.

Everything was great!

First of all, Saltwater Grande is great to deal with. Their communication before, during and after our stay was excellent. The Mar Vista is a lovely property - clean, convenient. Our grandchildren loved the outdoor pools. Unfortunately, the indoor pools were closed for renovation but look great, too. The unit was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Some of the furniture could be updated/replaced but this wasn't enough to spoil our stay in any way. We will definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for a great week at the beach!
