The shower bathroom is functional and modern. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven and crockery, ready to satisfy all your culinary needs. Central heating ensures a always comfortable environment, while the cool and ventilated location compensates for the lack of air conditioning.



Outside, a charming fenced garden awaits you with garden furniture and a private terrace, the ideal place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or an aperitif at sunset, admiring the evocative surrounding landscape. The private outdoor parking allows you to leave your car in complete comfort.



At only 550 metres from the picturesque centre of Pieve - Tremosine sul Garda, you will have supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops within easy reach. Lake Garda, with its beaches of Campione and Limone, is less than 10 km away, ready to offer you days of sport, relaxation and fun.

Der Ausblick von der Wohnung ist phänomenal

Der Ausblick von der Wohnung ist phänomenal. Auf dem Balkon lässt es sich gemütlich Zeit verbringen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Der Balkon hat bis zum Nachmittag voll Sonne. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher haben sehr stark nach Weichspüler gerochen (wers mag...).

Relax Urlaub mit Ausblick

Tolle Lage der Wohnung Anbindung an Hotel mit Pool Laufentfernung zum Ort mit Restaurants Gute Aufteilung der Wohnung Sonnenschirm fehlt auf dem Balkon.

Nice an Cosy Flat, situatied in Pieve with a incredible View to lake Garda

The Area. + Pieve is a small and cosy old Village, situated above Limone + God Restaurants with normal prices for very good meals and wines + Cultural program (two times live music during the week we stood there) + Beautiful landscape for walking / hiking and biking - You need app. 20-30 min to drive down to Limone and the Beach The apartment: +Almost new apartment + Incredible view to the lake and the surrounding mountains + A small pool (for all apartments) available - But we've always got a canvas Chair - The Kitchenware could be better - Beside 5 (!) pans, we only had one very small pot to boil water. If the Manager of the agency wouldn’t have been so nice to organise us a bigger pot, we would not have been able to cook anything - Again thanks a lot for that !!!!! :-) - In the rate for the flat, a final cleaning is included. So I expect to get a clean flat as well, but it was not. Especially not the bathroom with hear everywhere, not to mention the toilet..... So, the first thing we’ve had to do: To clean the flat. Because of this we reduce our feedback to 4 instead of 5 stars.
