Unit 704A features a large living area with a brand new reclining sofa, love seat, and recliner. The living area also features a large 47" flat screen television with digital programming and a Blu-ray/DVD player for family movie nights! The kitchen is updated with granite counter tops and new appliances for all of your cooking and prep needs. You will find the kitchen very well equipped. The breakfast bar seats 3 and faces the kitchen. The dining area boasts a brand new round table with 6 new easy to clean chairs and a wet bar with Margarita machine for those relaxing sunny beach days. The balcony hosts a table that seats four comfortably along with 2 chaise loungers and even some plants for the gardeners in the family.

The master bedroom suite features a cozy king-size bed, balcony access, and a 32'' flat screen television with digital programming. The attached master bathroom is newly renovated including a large step in shower with seamless glass surround, 2 separate vanities, toilet, and ample cabinet storage for all of your personal care items. The second bedroom contains a king bed and a 15'' flat screen television with digital programming and a Blu-ray/DVD player for the kiddies to enjoy while falling asleep as well as a built in vanity with sink. In the third bedroom your guests will enjoy a large and comfortable king-size bed, 22'' flat screen television with digital programming and a built in vanity with sink. The guest bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway which features a large vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combo.

This complex features one covered parking space per unit and an open lot that is first come first serve for the 2nd vehicle. Romar House offers a Gulf front outdoor pool, gulf front charcoal grills, gulf front lap pool, and a large gulf front sunning deck. There are also tennis courts, a work-out facility for anyone age 17 and up, and a sauna. Romar House is a gated complex and offers security on site.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay.

Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee. This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card.
