Our Siesta Key Tropical Pool Paradise home is a 5 Min walk to the #1 Rated Beach with the best white sands you have ever seen. 10 Min walk to the village where you will find great local restaurants, your choice of ice cream shops, live music, village grocery store and liquor store - you won't need to head to the main land. Our renovated house offers you a home away from home with a full kitchen at your disposal if you choose to eat in. Our in ground heated pool is surrounded by a lush tropical oasis. We have completely renovated our house and are so happy to share our new and improved vacation home with you. This is the place you'll want visit, and return year after year. Check in times is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Basically, leave the kitchen the way you found it. Clean out fridge and freezer, Wipe down kitchen counter and fridge. Wash all dishes, pot and pans and put away. Nothing in the dishwasher.
Bag all garbage in kitchen and bathrooms - place in pails provided at the side of the house.
If you used any of the extra bath towels, beach towels, please have it washed and put away. You may leave a bath towel, face cloth per guess you have booked with us - for the cleaner to take care of
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The garage is not made available for guest's use.
The pool heater is set at 84 deg. from Dec 1st - April 30th but temp. is not guaranteed during cold weather. Extra charge if wanting it heater higher.

Vacation paradise

Excellent home, spotless, great neighborhood and beautiful pool. Located within walking distance to beach and village. Home is exactly as describe, everything you need to enjoy a vacation. This is the second year we have stayed at this property. We love how close it is to the village and the beach. The owners make check in very easy. The pool is shaded which is so nice for triple digits heat index. We rented a golf cart and loved driving around Palm Island where the house is located at night. We also love that it’s pet friendly too.

Tropical oasis

Great location! Close walk to the beach and village. We loved the pool area of this house. The palm trees and bamboo trees provided the best shade for the outdoor area. The heat index was 100 to 113 degrees while we were there. Having the shade while relaxing in the pool was perfect. The owners were very easy to contact and answered any questions we had quickly. We have already booked this house for next year.

Absolutey Flawless

This is our second time at this property and it has become one of my most favorite places to be. The owners are incredible, the house is exactly what is says it is and it is in a perfect location. We are so happy we found this spot and look forward to returning next year. If anyone is searching for a rental in Siesta Key this is a 10 out of 10 in fact it is an 11. An Amazing Vacation Property!

This property was just awesome, the pictures do not do it justice. It is very clean and well maintained. Gisele (owner) is extremley sweet and is very responsive to inquires. This place has everything you could want; short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, wonderfully landscaped backyard and private heated pool. We plan to visit again and would not stay anywhere else. You will not be disappointed with your stay here. We wish we could have stayed longer!! Tyler from CT

Great house close to the beach with a pool

This house is in a great location, a 5-min walk to the beach and 10-min walk to the Village. The house is a great size, very comfortable, and clean. The bed (we only used the master) is very comfortable. The kitchen has all you could need to prepare meals, and they provide lots of towels in the baths plus some soaps. They provide tons of beach stuff incl. toys, an umbrella, and chairs, and there are two bikes. We brought our dogs who loved the fenced in yard. The pool is a great size for a cool swim and is kept very clean. Gisele is very responsive and helpful. Overall, we recommend this house highly and will definitely ask to stay again.

Best vacation ever!

If you have not been to Siesta Key, then you are missing out. If you have not stayed in this house, you are really missing out. Giselle and Rob have done a fabulous job renovating this house to maximize the space and making it a very functional, open-concept home. Not only are there 3 bedrooms, all of which can be made into king size beds, there are two completed renovated bathrooms. The flooring is mostly a gorgeous stone and the house is extremely pet friendly. The pool is beautiful and there is so much living area outside to enjoy. Lots comfortable chairs and little tables all around the patio area. Did I mention the pool is literally 3 steps from the house? There is a safety fence but since we didn't have children and our dogs don't like water, it was never used. Giselle and Rob could not have been nicer. They were easy to contact and immediately responded to our needs; however, there weren't many since the house is very well maintained. Loved being so close to the beach (2 blocks) and to the village (4 blocks). Also loved the proximity to so many other great areas like downtown Sarasota which has a lot of cool restaurants and music venues. Saint Armand's Circle is only 20 minutes away and also have great restaurants and shopping. We stayed for a whole month and loved every minute of it. This house is a gem!!

This trip could not have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. The house was spotless and the owners had left us a nice note and a bottle of wine. I really did not want to leave, we were offered to extend and we did. The owners were a class act, checking on us giving us suggestions and could not be more helpful and inviting to their home. Excellent property in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location. The only criticism is that we were not allowed to keep the temperature in the house cooler than 75 degrees. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

During such a difficult time with illness and death of my Mother Gisele the owner was so accommodating as we had to extend our stay. We loved the home and easy walking to the beach! We will definitely rent again when in Siesta/Sarasota!!

Awesome house and location!

We had a great month-long stay on Calle Florida. The house was well-stocked, well-appointed and owners very thoughtful about all the details. We've stayed at other properties in other states where the property management company will literally leave nothing in the house for rents. Not the case here, we were so appreciative of the efforts to make the process seamless and easy for renters. The house is well located and the online description and photos accurate. I don't think we could have done better for our stay in Siesta Key.

We are a Canadian family, never thought we'd own a vacation home in Florida as we enjoyed seeing new places and traveling. In 2007, someone told us to check out Siesta Key as we loved going to the beach. Well, we fell in love with this part of the world and in 2010 bought our own vacation home. We used a management company for many year but have decided to rent it out on our own (as they rented it too much) and we wanted to visit more often. We love our piece of paradise and know you will too!

Why they chose this property

Easy answer...it's so close to the beach and a short walk to the village. Felt secure walking around day or night. Location, location, location. We enjoyed building the back yard oases. Everything you see there, we put in. We truly enjoy making updates and improvements every time we get to stay at our house. What makes this property unique

Great location, park the car and walk every where. Feel safe and secure in this neighbourhood. Enjoy the beach and if you forget something, it's just a short walk back to get it. Quite, relaxing, your own heated private pool. Come see for your self.

***We have undergone extensive renovations. We have updated the plumbing through out the house. Installed a new front door and two new sliders in the back. We have updated the kitchen, and installed a new tile floor through out the house with new carpet in two of the three bed rooms. The bedrooms have been refreshed as well as completely renovated both bathrooms. We are so pleased with the transformation and hope you are ready to enjoy it too ***
