Accommodation. - Can accommodate 4 to 6 people comfortably. In this wonderful apartment recently renovated in its entirety.
It has a double bed in the master bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, spacious living room with a large sofa bed, chairs and tables support, TV with about 80 channels and air conditioning.
A bathroom and a dining room for 6 guests with a kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, coffee dolce taste, juicer and all utensils that are needed for a comfortable stay and feel like at home. Towels and sheets are provided game. It is located on the first floor without elevator.
Attention to huéspedes.- will welcome you and will show you all personally as well as answer any questions you might have the floor, the neighborhood, the city or something that you require.
The neighborhood. - It is strategically located so that you can move very easily.
They have all the amenities within walking distance and very well connected with many bus lines, metro or bicycle.
In the surroundings they have all kinds of restaurants, tapas bars and traditional bread ovens.
It is conveniently located, 5 minutes walk from the City of Sciences, the Oceanigrafic, the Aqua Center shopping mall and have the next Consum supermarket and all kinds of services.
There is easy communication with the beaches, and the Old Town with the Cathedral; in 5 minutes from the Turia River a beautiful place to walk, run, bike among many other activities.
