This wonderful apartment of 100 square meters is equipped with everything you need to live a dream experience. It has a 43-inch TV with international channels, a large living area, a spectacular dining room for six people and a fully equipped kitchen with a NESPRESSO coffee machine and a welcome kit that includes coffee, milk, tea and cookies.

You will also find a microwave, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils. The master bedroom has a spacious and comfortable bed with a soft Nordic duvet, while the second room has two equally comfortable single beds, also with Nordic duvet. All bedding is 100% cotton. In the apartment you will find a built-in wardrobe to store your clothes and belongings, as well as a free safe box to protect your valuables. The bathroom, with a beautiful designer sink, has a large shower with gel-shampoo dispenser, a hairdryer and a large mirror. For your safety, we have provided a first aid kit. If you need it, we also offer an iron, ironing board, drying rack and all cleaning products that you may require during your stay. The apartment is equipped with a silent air conditioning system of cold and heat brand DAIKIN to make you feel comfortable in any time of year.

Great location In the heart of Seville

We really enjoyed how well located this apartment was, almost everything was a 5-10 minute walk and the property management met us outside and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this rental for a family of 4 that is comfortable sharing a single bathroom.

Well equipped appartment in the city centre

Very good beds, air conditioning everywhere, and nicely decorated house. The kitchen could use a bit of TLC perhaps, but it was fine for making coffee and breakfast.

Comfortable and well appointed in a great part of Seville

The apartment had everything we needed for a five night stay. The location in the old part of the city is excellent and very convenient. We were checked in by Martha who was extremely helpful in sharing her favourite tapas bars and restaurants. I'd stay there any time. It is located in a pedestrian only area, so we did need to wheel our luggage for maybe 500 metres - but over smooth flat paved road.

Updated and Hommie Prime Location

Location was great, right next to shops, restaurants and cafes. It was a very modern and clean apartment. It felt very homie. Ac in every room and common area. Spacious and modern bathroom. clothes washer was nice to have. Communication with management company was great. Would highly recommend.

US in Seville

Our quick trip to Seville apt was good. Great location in the heart of the old town city, shopping and restaurants. You can not drive up to the apt. Must walk about 5 min with luggage to door. If you have a rental car, they can recommend a nearby parking garage that is 4 minutes walk and ~25eu per day. Communication and check-in went smoothly and they met us at the front door. Apt was spacious for 3-4 guest. Coffee and water bottles were provided which was a plus. We didn’t cook but the kitchen look properly stocked. The only negative I would say is the sofa in the living room looked old and stained, and the air conditioning in the living room did not work well enough to cool off the living room area. Summer temperatures reached 37C. Overall the apt was good. We were walking distance to Cathedral de Seville, University of Seville, Real Alcazar, Plaza de Espana, and Parqe de Maria Louisa (in that order).

Walking distance to everything you wish to do

Whilst we enjoyed our stay here we had a misunderstanding on the price with it being quoted in euro and not our currency meaning it was double than what we wanted to pay. We only realised a few days out from arriving and did reach out and the people at Hommyhome asked us to cancel even though the terms were we'd lose our money. Using a third party vendor VRBO made it impossible to try and rectify as we couldn't contact them and the people managing our booking I felt didn't understand the possible conveniences. They were not willing to cancel or alter or contact VRBO prior to assist. It was a Friday arrival and they did not have a manager to approve any change or cancellation until the Monday. We felt we had no other option than to stay and the outcome was the manager would not approve a change stating that had we cancelled they would have then approached VRBO to claim our money back. All too late and advice not given prior to us paying. The lesson learnt here is read terms and conditions if using these 3rd party vendors. We felt the property was not worth the money we paid. You are paying for the location which we could not fault but still couldnt justify the price. Beds were comfortable, linen supplied of good quality and the supply of coffee/tea biscuits and washing products was great.

Thank you very much for your comment, but you have to understand that, when you use a platform to book an accommodation, you have to read the conditions and cancellation policies, although you accepted rental agreement and payment of your reservation on the date indicated, and you did not make the said payment, even made us change the reservation within the NON REFUNDABLE deadline, when it is not possible, and much less 1 day before your arrival, when we had everything planned for you. We very much regret the situation you have experienced, and that it has been with us, but you must understand that if you book through VRBO, you are responsible for informing yourself about the cancellation policies and prices set in your booking, since we, we have ours and are available to help at all times our guests.

la magie de Séville

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Séville qui est une ville magique ! concernant le logement, il faudrait préciser dans l'annonce que s'il y a un ascenseur, il faut monter un escalier pour y arriver et que dans l'appartement lui-même il y a un autre escalier pour y accéder. L'appartement, très propre et moderne, est un peu sombre car les fenetres sont petites et il donne sur une courette. Les chambres sont calmes. L'agence est très réactive et sympathique quand on demande quelque chose et c'est très agréable. La situation de l'immeuble est parfaite. Nous reviendrons sûrement en Andalousie !!

Muy céntrico, fantástico Amplio. 2 habitaciones, comedor, salón Silencioso. Nuestro apartamento daba al interior. Perfecto El piso estaba frio, podrían encender antes la calefacción. Tardó en estar caliente.

Fonctionnel et très bien placé

Appartement assez spacieux avec deux chambres bien climatisées. Assez sombre, mais à Séville, cela évite d’avoir trop chaud ! Très bien situé dans un quartier très animé proche de la cathédrale et de l’Alcazar. Accueil sympathique. Plaques électriques à moitié hors service Grille pain à moitié hors service Casseroles et poêles de taille insuffisante par rapport au nombre de lits. On ne peut pas cuisiner pour 4 personnes avec le matériel fourni. Pas même de quoi faire cuire des spaghettis.

Location was fabulous and the apartment was very clean with great facilities. Pillows were a little uncomfortable - perhaps need replacing?
