Our apartment was recently renovated with attention to detail and with all the comforts. E 'consists of two bedrooms (one also with a sofa bed for 2 additional guests), each with its own bathroom, large living room and kitchenette. It can accommodate 2 to 6 people.

Great stay in a great location

We were a family of 5 (1 child, 2 parents & 2 grandparents) in Rome for 2 nights and this apartment was a great find for us. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms separated from each other by the kitchen and common areas - which meant privacy when needed.The apartment was comfortable and well-appointed with a nice sleeper sofa/futon in the master bedroom that could accommodate our daughter.The location is in a quiet residential area of Rome, outside of the main tourist area, but very charming with it's own nice mix of restaurants, cafes and markets. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. If you want something that is centrally located that is walking distance to all the main tourist attractions then this might not be the place for your but if you want something that is more local and charming with it's own unique and authentic character that is away from the maddening tourist crowds then this may be the place for you. I would definitely stay here again.

La casa è bella ed accogliente in un quartiere tranquillo poco distante da trastevere, il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in poco più di 20 minuti oppure in 5 min in tram che passa molto frequente vicino a casa. Laura la proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile e oltre ad essere molto flessibile sugli orari di check in e check out ci ha fatto trovare tutto il necessario per una colazione che non ci aspettavamo. Quindi appartamento consigliatissimo!

Super ausgestattere, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in toller Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt schön in einem Wohn- und Villenviertel im oberen Trastevere. Kontakt zur Vermieterin läuft super. Laura ist sehr hilfsbereit, reagiert sofort auf Fragen und hat gute Tipps für die nähere Umgebung. Alles sehr, sehr schön und gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Laura!

Sehr schönes Appartment

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartment in ruhiger Halbhöhen Lage. Der Kontakt mit Laura und Frederica war angenehm und jede Frage wurde zeitnah beantwortet. Man sollte sich im Vorfeld Fahrscheine für den fast direkt vor der Tür haltenden Bus 75 besorgen, ansonsten läuft man auch problemlos die Treppe zur Viale di Trasteverde runter und kauft am nächsten Zeitungskiosk welche und nutzt die Tram 3 mit der man z.B. bequem an das Kolloseum oder bis zum Lateran fahren kann. Wir können den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Die Fotos entsprechen dem Interieur der Wohnung. Sauber, neu ausgestattet, mit vielen leckeren Crostini im Küchenschrank. In einer grünen Umgebung, ruhig und weiter weg vom römischen Verkehr. Laura hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, sehr professionell von der Kontaktaufnahme bis hin zur Verabschiedung. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt an der Bushaltestelle der Linie 75 in Richtung stazione Termini, vorbei an der Cestio-Pyramide und am Colosseum. Umsteigemöglichkeiten auch auf die Straßenbahn 8 (Tram), die dann direkt zur Piazza Venezia führt. In der direkten Umgebung sind alle Geschäfte, die man braucht, vom Supermarkt zur netten Bar und Pasticceria. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Bellissima esperienza

La casa é proprio come nelle foto se non meglio : due belle camere luminosissime di cui una molto grande. Ognuno di noi aveva il proprio bagno . Cucina ben attrezzata anche se non enorme (ma a noi non serviva che lo fosse). La zona è tranquilla e bella e il centro raggiungibile raggiungendo il tram in 10 min a piedi . Dalla stazione di trastevere meglio prendere un taxi (solo 10€) soprattutto se come noi si avevano più valige. Grazie Laura alla prossima !
