Great place

Lovely villa with a great pool, fab hot tub and decent facilities. Great outdoor space and brick bbq. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. We had a great time here.

Lovely villa, beautiful location

Villa is of very high quality, with all amenities. Very close to beach and plenty to do in the area. Grazyna was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay!

We had a great stay in the villa especially the hot tub, pool and bbq. The villa is within walking distance of everything saint pierre has to offer. Grazyna was more than helpful even offering to make a dental appointment for us, we would recommend the property for adults and children alike.

Super Ferienhaus in guter Lage für Strandurlaub mit der Familie

Das Appartement war in sehr gutem Zustand und die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Es war alles vorhanden, was für den Alltag benötigt wurde. Der Kontakt zu der Gastgeberin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Das Haus mit dem Pool in Strandnähe war sehr gut gelegen, sodass entspannte Tage am Pool oder am Strand möglich waren. In 10 Minuten war man zu Fuß im Ortskern, in dem es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank

Maison de standing tout confort, psicine ou spa selon l'humeur ou le temps,parfaitement placée entre calme et animation de la station balnéaire, plage familiale à quelques mètres, soleil et détente au rendez vous ! Très agréable

Nous avons pleinement profité de notre séjour dans cette jolie maison, avec sa cuisine fonctionnelle prolongée par la terrasse, sa piscine, son jacuzzi et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Les matelas sont d'excellente qualité. Merci à Grazyna et à son mari qui sont très attentionnés et chaleureux, ils nous ont aidées à plusieurs reprises. Si l'occasion se présente, je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner et avec grand plaisir.

Maison parfaite pour un séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé une semaine de détente intense grâce à cette maison si bien aménagée pour des vacances de repos total La piscine et le spa attenant sont un luxe qui a apaisé et amusé les petits comme les grands De plus l'emplacement est parfait, proche du centre mais au calme Et les propriétaires très sympathiques et attentifs! Nous reviendrons !!

très agréable séjour dans une maison bien placée et très fonctionnelle

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, bien profité de la plage toute proche mais aussi rayonné dans la campagne alentour où se trouvent plusieurs sites intéressants à moins d'une heure de route (gouffre de l'Oeil doux, réserve africaine de Sigean, abbaye de Fontfroide...). Et la maison, avec la climatisation, la piscine et le jacuzzi, est très agréable quand on veut y passer une journée au calme !

Fantastic property, quiet part of town but still close to the beach and bars/restaurants in the town

Recently enjoyed a two week stay at this property; family of 5 (2 adults, 3 boys). The owner met us on arrived to show us round; as we had arrived late, they had provided with provisions for breakfast the next morning which was very much appreciated. The villa is very well furnished with all the mod cons, WiFi, air con etc (including cloths, bin bags and dish washer tabs which we have had to buy in other villas!). Secure parking on the driveway with entry controlled by remote controlled electric gate. Our boys enjoyed the hot tub as much as the pool. The main town is a short walk away; had a few meals in town but most most nights had a bbq. And there are a couple of shops, a restaurant, pizza take away and wine shop just couple of minutes walk. The beach is a 7 min walk away. Fantastic villa, would thoroughly recommend.

Des vacances de rêve

Maison qui correspond au descriptif. Très propre et tout est prévu. Vous n'avez qu'à amener vos vêtements. Mer à proximité, la piscine et le spa ont été utilisés tous les jours. Et la climatisation, géniale ! avec la chaleur que nous avons eu pendant notre semaine de vacances, c'était très appréciable. Mme Munoz est très accueillante, disponible, et d'une gentillesse ! Elle nous a prévu de quoi faire à manger à notre arrivée et de la boisson bien fraîche. Le rosé était très bon. Je recommande cette location pour une famille ou bien entre amis. N'hésitez pas, vous n'allez pas regretter.

Everything you need and more

The property is in a great location, easy walking distance of the beach and town yet in a quiet area. Very clean with all the facilities you need. If you are English i suggest taking a casting device for the tv so you can watch Netflix etc as there is only one English speaking channel. Owners pleasant and quick to respond to any issues. Only problems we encountered were making the final payment through homeaway which we werent able to do and had to pay the owner direct. Also we were very unlucky with the weather at the end of October and a couple of the days were a right off. If travelling at this time of year be aware that most of restaurants are closed and it feels very out of season. We would like to revisit but in the summer next time.

Ferienhaus sehr zu empfehlen

Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ruhig am Hang mit tollem Meerblick. Wir haben hier einen Familienurlaub zu sechst verbracht uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche sind ausreichend Töpfe und Geschirr vorhanden. Der Esstisch auf der Terrasse steht geschützt und ist gemütlich, auch der Pool ist super. Zum Bäcker und Supermarkt sind es wenige Minuten mit dem Rad. Die Vermieterin, Frau Munoz, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kurzum, alles perfekt!
