Our accommodation is situated between the lake and the center of Aix les Bains.
Shops proximité.10 minute walk from the city center but also 10 minutes walk from Lake .This property is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful spa town.
The house is fully equipped for your comfort. It has 2 bedrooms and an open room with a sofa bed
Pool, petanque and outdoor bar available.
Smoking is allowed only in the large living room.
Boules available with outdoor bar.
If allowed boat (boat license and lake), possibility of using a Jeanneau Leader 550 docked at the small port of AIX LES BAINS.
Refundable deposit of € 1,500. This check will be cashed in case of damage.

Philippe and Claude are excellent ambassadors for Aix Les Bains as we traveled there for two weeks to support our daughter who was participating in the 2026 World Breast Cancer Dragon Boat Races. Philippe met us at the train station and arranged for friends to return us there later. We were greeted warmly by Claude and toured their lovely home and toasted with wine and beer. The house and outdoors were exactly as described. A beautiful backyard with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a magnificent outdoor bar dedicated to Led Zeppelin. Their very friendly cat, Clyde adapted to us and we enjoyed his presence. He slept outdoors and only came in for his food. The A/C in the master bedroom was wonderful for sleep as France was in a long heat wave and the daily temps were 34 to 39 degrees C. It was an unbelievable bonus to return in the heat and enjoy the pool. The location was excellent for us as we walked to the Aquatic for the races. The indoor kitchen was very well equipped and the living room very comfortable and we even enjoyed a few Netflix movies in English. The location was excellent, with a wonderful boulangerie a very short walk and a small grocery just up the road. If we were to return to that area of France, we would not hesitate to rebook with Philippe and Claude. Cheers, Paul and Cathy

Séjour au top !

Nous revenons d'une semaine de vacances avec 3 ados enchantés. La maison se prête parfaitement aux moments de détente en famille : piscine, cuisine extérieure, terrain de pétanque ! Très agréable en journée et le soir. La région est top pour les activités : nous avons pu tester le parapente, le canyoning, les balades dans le lac et les randonnées. Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un bel accueil avec de nombreux conseils. Une expérience inoubliable !

Prachtige woning . Spijtig van de ligging

Heel knus en gezellig ingericht , er zit echt ziel in deze woning . Ruime woning voor 4 personen , voor 6 moet je er rekening mee houden dat 1 kamer niet afgesloten is en iedereen door deze slpkamer moet naar de badkamer . Qua ligging : heel jammer dat het in een zo drukke straat gelegen is ! Echt teveel lawaai om met open ramen te slapen 🙄

Très belle résidence à Aix

Accueil très sympathique de la part de M.Mme Queroy. La maison est très agréable à vivre; la proriété est entièrement close, ce qui est sécurisant avec de jeunes enfants.
