Bright and spacious apartment situated in a quiet and well served Quartu San'elena town only a few kilometers from the historic center of the city of Cagliari and enjoy special privileges such as the proximity to the sea and the most famous beaches of the coast. The apartment is located on a mezzanine floor and has a terrace level of ca. 70 square meters and a garden of 50 sqm. E 'with an entrance and a hallway, 3 bedrooms profits of which: 1 classic double room with TV, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe wall, 1 bedroom with a single bed.
