The PET FEE is $125 - a maximum of 1 small dog 25 LBS and must be approved by the owner. No central AC.

The location of the apartment was perfect for our stay. The home was clean and the kitchen set-up--we made a brunch for Sunday morning--was more than adequate.The home was clean and as reported previously, the beds are comfortable.The host was attentive to our later arrival time and getting access to the property was easy due to his instructions and communication.We rented a car, so to have a garage for our vehicle was awesome.

The property was perfect for us. It’s very spacious and clean. We didn’t use the garage but I can see how that is a huge plus if you have a car. The ACs in both rooms were great. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was quiet at night and the beach is a short walk. There is a front and back balcony (we were in unit 1) and the roof top balcony is pretty cool too. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

If you want beach access in Venice, can’t do any better. Place needs a little TLC, but still worked well. Great response from owner on couple issues not fault of of owner, super responsive.

Spacious and great location

The unit was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The best part though was the rooftop deck and location to the beach, restaurants, and surrounding area. We enjoyed every minute and would definitely go back. The host was also very accommodating and responsive. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great Base for USC Visit

My wife and I stayed here with my sister and brother-in-law while visiting LA for my daughter’s USC graduation. Plenty of room, clean, and close enough to campus. Being so close to the beach and having a garage were 2 huge bonuses. Thanks for letting us stay here. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location, near everything in Venice

It’s a fairly modern property The rooftop is very cool & there’s an ocean view.There are 2 other balconies off the apt ( we were in the middle unit) & plenty of large windows that open for a breeze. The kitchen is well equipped, but remember to turn off the coffee maker , it will stay hot otherwise.Beds were all good, as were the linens & towels.The owner is quite attentive to messages & questions. Warning on the garage- our first SUV was a tight fit & we exchanged it for something smaller to make access easier. Good neighborhood, walkable to lots of great locations.

Good amount of room for family, 4 adults, 1 child.Kitchen is well equipped. Great roof deck with grill and comfy chairs, new cushions came while we were there.Beach is one block away. Friday farmers mkt 5 blocks, best restaurant, Great White, 4 blocks, bus to Westwood & UCLA 6 blocks. Garage parking for 2 cars was nice to have, slightly tricky to enter.
