Holiday in the South-East of Andalusia, Spain with magic views over the Mediterranean, golf course, marina, mountains of the Alpujarras and the center of the village Almerimar.

Sunny apartment 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with a large terrace on the second floor. The residence "La Ladera del Golf" is located on an elevated and quiet part of the village. There is one of the largest pools in the village and many well maintained gardens. It's very easy to park the car right behind the building. There are paddle tennis / basketball and also children parks.

Our exclusive apartment is located in Almerimar, 35 km west of Almeria villa in the Mediterranean Sea. There is a large terraces with panoramic views of the golf course, the sea and the marina of Almerimar. The holiday property is located in a quiet village just above the golf course. (27 holes). The property has 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds. The residence has a large communal pool, surrounded by a beautiful lawn for sunbathing. The beach is within walking distance of only twenty minutes. The property is located in the upper village, giving it a unique view of Almerimar and its surroundings. The terrace overlooks the golf course, the beach, the village center, marina and the mountains (Las Alpujarras, Sierra Nevada).

Fabulous apartment in desirable location

The apartment is located in an elevated position in the hillside with spectacular views across the golf course and sea. A well equipped apartment with good parking facilities and all the usual features of a luxury apartment. Excellent communications from Edwin, the host.

Aunque es necesario coger el coche para no tener que dar un buen paseo a la playa o comprar, es 100 % recomendable. El apartamento está muy bien situado, con una excelentes vistas. Perfectamente equipado. El trato con el anfitrión es excelente, muy amable y servicial. Tiene un gran y cuidada piscina. Y es un residencial muy tranquilo, adecuado para familias.

Puedo decir que es el apartamento mejor equipado en el que he estado. Vistas maravillosas, y la zona de Almerimar es increíble. La zona de alrededor no es una maravilla, pero a 30 min tienes muchas cosas que hacer. Pero Almerimar es un oasis en medio del desierto.Sobre la casa, es muy cómoda. Colchones muy buenos y con todo lo necesario para estar. La piscina, una pasada. Parking en la puerta.
