Situated less than a mile from the stunning village of Aubeterre-Sur-Dronne, famous for its subterranean church dating back to the 7th century. The village has numerous restaurants and bars, a river beach with snack bar, river swimming, and canoe hire.

St Antoine Cumond is a typically French village approximately half a mile away. There is one restaurant and bar which serves excellent food and hospitality.

The house is 45 minutes from Bergerac airport and just over 1 hour from Bordeaux airport.
