Pretty attic with large terrace overlooking the sea, kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and possibility of another two beds. The apartment is on the first floor a mini-condominium. The house is a few hundred meters from the sea. The village, located in the municipal territory of Baunei, in the central eastern coast of Sardinia (province of Ogliastra), has all the main services such as post office, pharmacy, tourist guard, market and tourist offices. From a small port you can take the ferries that lead to the beautiful coves of the Gulf of Orosei.
Besides the beautiful beaches, the area offers the possibility of excursions on the nearby plateau of Baunei.

Practical and spacious

Andrea's property is spacious and clean, with a lovely terrace. The location is fab, just a short walk to the shops, restaurants and the beach.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Toll gelegen und ruhig

Super Gastgeber (Andrea war immer da, wenn man ihn brauchte), auch der sehr späte Check in war freundlich und unproblematisch) Die Wohnung war der geräumig, sauber und funktionell… Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, riesiger Balkon mit Meerblick und man war zu Fuß in kürzester Zeit im Zentrum von SMN. Parkplatz war vorhanden, unser Auto stand sicher d aus und dem Grundstück! Wir haben es dort sehr genossen. Wir waren eine Woche dort und ja hätten es auch noch länger ausgehalten 😀 Preis-Leistung super👍 Jederzeit wieder🙏 Vielen vielen Dank 😊

mooie woning

we hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad in deze woning. we zijn goed ontvangen door de gast heer. hij was erg vriendelijk. mooie locatie op loopafstand van het strand en supermarkt en restaurants. het huisje was erg schoon en had een mooi groot balkon! er was zelfs een parasol om mee te nemen naar het strand, erg fijn! zeker een aanrader!!

Entspannung pur

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. S. M. Navarrese ist ein hübsches kleines Dorf mit Infrastruktur, und das Appartement ist sehr gut gelegen. Wir vermissen schon jetzt die wirklich große Terrasse, den morgendlichen Blick über einige Häuserdächer hinweg auf das Meer. Alles war so, wie wir es uns anhand der Beschreibung vorgestellt hatten; und Andrea ist wirklich sehr nett und freundlich. Wir haben einige Ausflüge - vorwiegend zu den benachbarten Stränden unternommen und die naheliegenden kleineren Städte besucht. Wir denken gerne an die Zeit zurück, denn wir haben uns wirklich gut entspannt beim abendlichen Gläschen Wein auf der Terrasse. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Ideale Ferienwohnung

Hat alles perfekt funktioniert. Andrea, der freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter stand pünktlich am Haus. Kommunikation per mail oder Telefon. Unterstellmöglichkeite für mein Motorrad war vorhanden. Die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt einigermaßen zentral. Zum Einkaufen, Essen, Strand oder Strandbar immer nur wenige 100 m. Die großzügige Wohnung war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und tip top sauber. Vor allem hatten alle Fenster einen Insektenschutz! Bei großer Hitze sind die beiden Klimaanlagen sicher notwendig, jetzt im September/Oktober gings auch ohne. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e hanno fatto trovare un alloggio pulitissimo e molto curato. Non mancava davvero nulla: dal caffè alle spezie, al carbone per fare un bbq. Persone davvero affidabili. La casa è caldina essendo una mansarda ma l’aria condizionata risolve tutto. Grazie mille

Gran bel soggiorno!

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene in questo appartamento con terrazzo. Un grazie ad Andrea per la sua disponibilità. L' alloggio è molto pulito, grande e non manca nulla. Un pò caldo ma ci sono ben due condizionatori! Mi preme dare solo un piccolo consiglio ad Andrea, il materasso non è comodissimo. Si potrebbe risolvere facilmente aggiungendo un topper di 3-5 cm. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

L'appartamento è un'ottima base di partenza per visitare l'ogliastra ma anche in una comoda posizione per una vacanza di relax, essendo situato a pochi metri dal mare. Dall'appartamento in una 20ina di minuti di macchina si raggiunge il comune di baunei, ai piedi dell'altopiano da cui partono numerose escursioni come quelle per visitare le favolose cale di goloritze, biriala, mariolu ecc.. La casa è funzionale e dispone di tutto il necessario e noemi e andrea, i proprietari, sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Grazie di tutto!

Super semaine dans ce logement : l'appartement est très grand, bien situé et équipé, il est doté d'une grande terrasse avec vue sur Santa Maria et la mer ! Je recommande à tous pour des vacances dans un des plus beaux coins de Sardaigne !

Die Lage ist top, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, Supermarkt, Strand alles Super. Die Kommunikation mit Noemi und Andrea war sehr unkompliziert und super nett. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit ( ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem Auto und sie halfen mir eine geeignete Werkstatt zu finden) nochmals hier DANKE Noemi und Andrea. War ein rundum gelungenere Urlaub. Die Ausstattung ist top in der Wohnung. Sie ist super sauber und geräumig. Die Dach Terrasse einfach ein Traum.

C'è tutto il necessario, proprietari molto cortesi e disponibili. Vicino al centro ed alla spiaggia. Supermercato, negozi e ristoranti a due passi. Unica pecca nel mare non c'è la sabbia ma i sassi.
