I paid for a deep cleaning before you arrived and I would have had the cleaners address it. We will be putting in new kitchens this fall on both sides. Any suggestions? I am changing the door cabinets to drawers for easier access to items.

I'm sorry you did not feel you received your money's worth on your stay. I was there in May and thought any needed maintenance was done. You are not specific as to what is poorly maintained and never said anything to me the entire time you were there or I would have addressed the issue(s). The dishwasher was a problem but I had just had it serviced twiced and had new parts installed that caused other issues so I ordered a new one and am still awaiting delivery. I have a new cleaning service and if you had issues I could have had them return but you never said anything to me.. What description did not match the property? I have rented this property since 2003nand you are the first review like this I have received You told me about 3 issues only. First a drawer front broke, second the dishwasher which we knew about and left get around instructions because the new board did not sync properly and third the one entryway door was not closing properly. I had the maintenance man stop by the next day and he said the door was closing properly. The drawer had to be taken to a woodworker to be fixed. these are the only issues you discussed with me the entire week. As to poorly maintained, the house was completely redone from studs in after Florence and since then I have replaced the windows, replaced or repaired the sliding glass doors, put a whole new bathroom in 3736 and new floors in that area, new hot water heater, 2 new stoves, 2 new washers, a new refrigerator, a new built in microwave, most of the mattresses and pillows,a new 75" Samsung tv, a new table for the deck, and a new 36" Blackstone grill. I also ordered all new deck furniture and what was delivered was significantly different than what was ordered so it is still sitting under the house in boxes. There are 2 new dishwashers on order, one of which was finally delivered last week and the other was postponed again by GE.

First let me apologize for 3 issues. I normally put the cat tower away when we leave in June but I forgot this time. I wish you had told me about the cat hair and the mildew, and I would have had the cleaners return and address it. My neice ,who came in after you confirmed the mildew issue. As to the rest of the "quirky things", Dim lighting, the lighting in the great rooms is on a dimmer. you can set it for brightness. Hot water issues, I told you I would have the plumber look at it while he was there anyway replacing the drain stopper and you said it was fine. i use that bedroom and had no issues before I left or since I came back in 3734 and my niece was in 3736 and had no issues. Her dad just retired from Fergusion and could have fixed it. Each side slept 13 people but only 6 chairs at DR table. Would you expect a table that large? 6 at table, 7 at island and 2 at second table with 2 chairs so seating for 15. Throw rugs thread bare, I replaced all throw rugs before I left in June. I found 1 that was worn and 1 placemat that someone had on the floor that was threadbare. 6 bedrooms with curtains 4 were brand new and 2 appeared to have suffered damage from animals. How they could be flimsy, falling apart when they were lined. After you left there were many issues. the cleaners complained about the mess you left. Two of the blinds were broken, the cover for the circular stair railing had been removed, microwave handle was broken and both the grill and the Blackstone filthy.
