Enjoy true oceanfront living with no streets between you and the sand – the beach is just off the deck. The home is only 3 blocks from the Surf City center and fishing pier, so you can park once and walk to about 15 different eateries, park, ice cream & gift shops, bars with live music, and a nearby food market within 5 minutes.

Surf City, NC, is approximately a 2-hour drive from Raleigh and just 20–30 minutes from Wilmington airport, making arrivals and departures easy.

Catie’s Cove offers over 2,000 square feet of stylish, comfortable living space, larger than many other 4-bedroom homes and even some 5-bedroom rentals in the area, providing ample room to gather and relax.

The top floor features an open living, dining, gaming, and kitchen area with large windows and panoramic ocean views, plus a full bathroom and a spacious bedroom on this level.

The living area has a new sofa, a bookshelf with lots of books, games, and puzzles. The dining area has plenty of seating at the table and the kitchen counter. A foosball table offers hours of fun for everyone.

Fully equipped kitchen with: dish soap, NEW LG dishwasher detergent, trash bags, kitchen sponge, dish towels, potholders, quality cookware, blender, Krupp’s & Mr. Coffee machines, 4-slice toast/bagel toaster, pancake grill, crockpot, fun beach dishes, and plenty of barware

Top-floor bedroom designed for kids and teens with:
Two twin-over-queen bunk beds and two trundle beds
Memory foam bean bag chairs that convert into a full-size bed
