L'hospitalité partout

Des gens super hospitaliers M. et Mme Pinard. Nous avons été accueillis avec une bouteille de Pinot de Charentes que mon mari a bu avec grand plaisir. Si vous aviez besoin de quelque chose, vous obteniez immédiatement ce que vous demandiez. Tout y était, le quartier était super calme. Le phare et la mer sont presque dans la cour, magnifique. Les chambres et les toilettes auraient besoin d'être refaites, elles sont vétustes, tout comme la déco. Cependant, la maison présente un inconvénient : elle a été mal construite. Il n'y avait pas de soleil dans le salon, donc il faisait toujours froid, ce qui n'était pas très agréable en fait. Tout le reste était à votre goût, fortement recommandé. Merci également pour la bouteille de jus de raisin fraîchement pressé et la visite du domaine viticole. J'ai passé de très bonnes vacances, merci

Très bon séjour, maison accueillante et bel emplacement

La maison est accueillante et bien située, près du phare de Chassiron et des pistes cyclables menant au sud de l'ile, dans un terrain clôturé idéal pour les enfants. Nous avons également pu visiter avec grand plaisir la distillerie des propriétaires, producteurs viticoles (cognac, pineau, vin). Si on doit chercher des choses à améliorer éventuellement : au prix nominal, il a fallu ajouter des frais de ménage, la taxe de séjour, la consommation d'électricité et un supplément pour deux personnes qui se sont ajoutées (+25% dans notre cas - séjour d'une semaine en avril) ; nous aurions préféré un prix forfaitaire "all inclusive", mais la communication des propriétaires a été très transparente sur le sujet. Le linge de lit et de toilette ne sont pas fournis, ce qui n'est pas gênant, mais il faut le savoir. Nous envisageons de louer à nouveau cette maison dans le futur.

Séjour au calme au nord d'Oléron

Situation entre St Denis et le phare de Chassiron: vélo ou voiture obligatoire. Bien pour découvrir le nord de l'ïle. Grande maison très calme et bien équipée conforme à la description. Petit bémol: déco et équipements (vaisselle) assez désuets. Le jardin et certains espaces (la petite chambre notamment) manquent un peu d'entretien.

Endroit calme et reposant. Lieu de départ idéal pour la visite de l'île .Proche des commodités.

Conforme à l'annonce .Hébergement propre et très bien équipé. Propriétaires à l'écoute. Seul petit bémol le BBQ qui n'est plus utilisable et les jardins qui manquent d'entretien . Mais pas bien grave car l'endroit est magnifique.

Super coin à découvrir. Maison au top fonctionnelle propre et très bien équipée.

Grande capacité d accueil pas loin du phare de chassiron. Grand jardin clos super quand on a 1 chien. Bien équipée il ne manque rien. Superbes balades à vélo, à pieds... des marchés et des producteurs locaux au top . On y reviendra avec les enfants et petits-enfants c est sûr. Très bon accueil des propriétaires super on recommande.
