Welcome to Ocean Villa 1202!

If relaxing with stunning views of the beach and the sound of the surf are what you’re looking forward to, then this is the condo for you! This beachfront condo is located on the 12th floor of Ocean Villa and has unobstructed 180 degree views of the world renowned Emerald Coast. With an oversized balcony, you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view, as well as evening drinks, while you take in gorgeous sunsets or watch the storms roll in. I’ve even seen end-to-end double rainbows from this vantage point! There are lots of kid-friendly attractions and restaurants nearby, or, head down to one of the three pools, Jacuzzi, or the beach, via a private gate with direct beach access. The unit is spacious, with two bedrooms, each with en suite full bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa – the condo sleeps a total of six. When you walk in, you’ll immediately notice how light and cheery the condo is, and the fun beachy décor. The master bedroom has separate balcony access and the second bedroom has beautiful views of the morning sunrise.

The location is great, the heated pool and hot tub were nice, the garbage disposal was clogged and someone came right away and fixed it. Great place for Spring Break!

Perfect Family Stay

The place was perfect size for my family. We looked at several before we finally decided on this one. Its close enough to walk to most things that we chose to do as a family. Its obviously lived in but everything was clean and in working condition. We are already planning our next trip and planning on staying there again.

Ocean Villa was a fantastic place to stay. We had excellent views, great location and the complex was quiet and relaxing. Parking was easy and everyone we met were incredible nice. The pool was always clean, the unit was clean, we had everything we needed. We will be back and plan to stay here again.

Wonderful Location

Nice property with beautiful view! Quick elevators, easy parking, nice pools and short walk to beach. Condo was a little dusty and sandy and some of the furniture and fixtures could use a refresh/fix, but overall wonderful place.

This condo was in a great area and had a wonderful view. Very quiet and never had any issues with the elevator. It did need some upgrades but a nice place for the price.

Relaxing Family Vacation

We had a couple of issues some user error and some mechanical. All were addressed in a very timely manner; no complaints at all. We would recommend staying here whether it is for a family vacation or a couples getaway.

Layout was perfect. View, the best. Balcony is deep allowing you to be in sun or shade. Elevators are fast; in comparison to many other places I've stayed in PCB over past 10 years. Parking was great.
