Modern renovated property with all the amenities. Fully equipped with washer and dryer, central air, outdoor patio, Flat Screen for your great DVD night. Cable TV also included. The gated community is a 3 minute walk from the food store, great eating establishments such as Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts and many fine dining restaurants. City Transportation is also available right outside the community which enables you to access all the major attractions around town. These units are within walking distance of the beaches of the Paradise Island and gives you access to the sandy white beaches and our beautiful coral reefs.

Perfect Place

Ive stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks and i love it. Everything you need is in walking distance. Beach is like a 5min walk. 5min walk to atlantis and shops. The only thing which isnt that nice at the complex is the pool. But as you have the beach close you dont really need a pool. I definitly gonnabe back!

The pictures mis-represent the pool. No one would swim in it and there is one table and chair by the pool that no one uses either. The apartment is as it looks int the pictures but the bed is very hard. Not really comfortable at all. It also states a futon and it is a couch. For a place to stay it was satisfactory. However if you have Sprint know that your phone will not work there as I found out when I landed. Mr Turnquest was supposed to book me a taxi which I e-mailed him about 2 days prior to my getting there. He never answered my question mail and I had to rely on the kindness of a local chauffeur to call the number given for Mr Turnquest to verify he was sending a taxi. The number was Mr Turnquests mothers phone so she had to give us number to reach him. It was a frustrating first day but afterwards all was fine. Again it should be known that if you have sprint you cannot use your phone there.

Comfortable great location

House was very decent. Pricing was very good. Complex was extremely quiet. Condo with a street and pool view. Minutes from gorgeous private beaches good and shopping. Owners were extremely helpful. Beats a resort rental any day. Will definitely return soon.

Excellent place and location to enjoy Paradise Island, Atlantis, and Nassau Downtown

The apartement is great for two people. It is clean, new, practical, there is a good air conditionner. You dont need to bring towels, sheets, there are there. Only soaps miss. The apartement is well equiped with TV, wifi (it does work very well). It is really easy to reach the beach, its accross the street on the first right. Then, Paradise Island is a small Island, and paradise island Drive is the principal street, so the property is very well located to be next to everything for less than 10 minuts by feet. we did not use the taxi for the week we spent there. I've already recommanded the place to my family.
