Whether you're sipping morning coffee on the balcony, enjoying a sunset stroll along the beach, or exploring nearby dining and attractions, this sparkling clean oceanfront condo is your perfect getaway. You will love the bright and airy space with 3 large sliding glass doors that flood the apartment with natural light and ocean breezes. The entire condo has just been completely remodeled and refreshed and now has a brand new kitchen, new bathroom, new floors, new windows, and a plush new king size bed. The fully equipped kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything that you need to cook a wonderful meal. The spacious bedroom offers a plush king-sized bed, ample storage, and serene beach-inspired décor. The bathroom includes a combination tiled tub/shower, new vanity, and fresh white linens. The location is perfect too! Satellite Beach is home to beautiful, quiet, and serene beaches, while still being close to Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, home to many fun tiki bars, live music, shops, and restaurants. you will also be within a half hour do drive of Historic Cocoa Village, and Historic downtown Melbourne. If you'd like to venture a bit further, you are just a half hour away from The Kennedy Space Center, and an hour away from Disneyworld, Universal, and all of the other Orlando theme parks. There is a shared laundry room right down the hall, and free parking for up to two cars, too! Please note that beach access is open, and right out your back door!

Wonderful spot for a couples retreat. Unit is clean and had everything we needed. Building is older, as is the unit, but quiet and clean. Beach access from the back door. Plenty of places to dine and get groceries. We will be back!!

Thought the unit was adorable, nicely decorated. I am 78 years old and on oxygen. The listing stated there was a pool; the picture showed a pool, but there was no pool. I could not walk down to the ocean. Very disappointed.

Nice place-host was very kind! This is an economy stay, there is no pool or beach access at property. Best beach acess is 5 walk SOUTH- seagull park. Overall nice place- lots of construction. Can’t beat it for 100 a night.

Great place to stay!

You can see sunrise over the beach on one side of the patio and sunset on the other. We watched the dolphins swim by and If you are sitting outside, you can hear reveille from Patrick Airforce Base in the moring. We watched a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral! We would go back and stay again. And a plus… the owner called us and let us in early!!

5-8-2024 Condo was nice, great view from deck for rocket launch's. Due to on going construction there was no beach access and no swimming pool. Once the construction is complete it will be nice.

We Loved our stay. The only issue was the remodeling noise and dust, but we knew about this beforehand. Our room was very clean, spacious and quiet. We had a good view of the beautiful ocean. Thank you again. Will be renting this again in the future.

Very clean, comfortable home feeling and great communication with the owner! Looking to return again

It was very comfortable and a great ocean view from the balcony which we had our coffee out there as we listened to the sound of the waves rolling in. Even though repairs (outside of part of the building and pool) are being conducted it did not affect our stay. The owner communicated well with us and made us feel so welcome! We certainly look to return again in the near future! Thank you.

Nice condo; very clean; well furnished; up-to-date; hands-on owner; excellent location for Kennedy Space Center, restaurants, and golf courses; limited parking due to construction equipment; some daytime noise due to outside repairs but liveable; nice beach but access only from the nearby park about a 3-minute walk and no pool yet due to hurricane damage; would return soon.

Wonderful experience

This unit was perfect for us. The owner provided all of the supplies that we needed for our stay. The unit had a nice, comfortable layout with an outside balcony (complete with its own table & chairs) which gave an amazing view of the beach & ocean since this is a beachfront building. Both the kitchen & bathroom appeared to be newly remodeled & luxurious. The owner was great to work with & made the check in process easy. We liked this place so much that we hope to stay there again! It was a fantastic week!!!

The Sandpiper Tower is, and always has been, an extremely popular building with folks on vacation! It has an excellent reputation, is very well maintained, efficiently managed, and of course it is ocean front! We love Satellite Beach because you get the benefit of a quiet, serene, beach town, while still being close to Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral and Melbourne. For your convenience within one block of your condo you will find several restaurants (Italian, Thai, breakfast), a popular bar, a sports bar, a couple of pizza parlors, 711, and Target.
