Loved waking up every morning and being able to look and listen to the waves of the ocean. Beach was never over crowded, loved watching the surfers. We even saw dolphins! Awesome spot, perfect for what we needed. Clean and fully stocked.

Beautiful view, cute condo near everything. Had everything we needed, and we even had dinner guests. Would definitely stay again. If I had to come up with a “con”, the only thing I can think of is to have one or two more kitchen towels.

A nice getaway

We really enjoyed the modern space and the ocean view balcony. We only had one small issue with the lockbox building access. But the owner was there almost immediately to make sure we had no further issues. I highly recommend.

Exactly as advertised

The property/condo was exactly as it was described and photographed in the listing. The area was quiet and Much less crowded than cocoa beach, which was great. We also lucked out and were able to watch a Space X satellite launch from the balcony, which was incredible to witness. Lastly, Lyndsey was awesome!

Absolutely beautiful experience

We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo was absolutely gorgeous decorated beautifully and The view was phenomenal. Lindsay was such an amazing host. Very easy to reach, went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely rent this unit again in the future when I come.

Extremely clean, luxurious high end finishes and ocean front balcony are just a few things to praise about our extraordinary two night stay. Host Lyndsey really truly treats you like guests in her home. I’ve stayed at some other VRBO rentals that had “just enough” to check the box (like one trash bag, one dishwasher pod, two forks) and this was THE Complete Opposite. Coffee supplies, salt & pepper, flower vase, shampoo & conditioner, beach chairs, and more - Lyndsey has truly anticipated the needs of her guests. The condo is gorgeous inside & out. WiFi password waiting for us. Easy building access to clean elevators. The private beach access adjacent to more seating with a water hose ready for you to rinse your feet (and the seashells found). We will absolutely be back and consider this a new found favorite! Thank you Lyndsey!

When we arrived there wasn't a manager ( couldn't rate on them) we gotten there 5pm or so. Condo itself was very nice.. wonderful views from Balcony. Didnt have access to beach at the time. We both have knee issues or we could of found a way . Would definitely stay there again.

Nice condo

This condo was very nice. Everything was up to date. Beautiful views facing the ocean from the patio sliders. By comparing rates for same time next year for Vrbo units in the building, the price is very reasonable. If we were rating only the condo, it would be 10 of 10. But the common areas were dated. The hallways, stairwells etc were dingy. The patio area, formerly a pool, was dirt, weeds and rubble. All told, these deficiencies did not greatly diminish our stay.

Perfect, just what we needed.

First of all, Lyndsey is just outstanding as a host. We had a couple of small issues that were easily and promptly addressed, in fact she was quite prepared to take the extra step, so many others do not seem inclined to do so.The property is perfect for a couple looking for a great location, and the sound of waves lulling you to sleep as you are right on the beach. Not having to cross a road, plus having private beach access makes it all the more exclusive.The kitchen has just about everything you could need to cook up a storm. We like to cook rather than eat out, and had no difficulty cooking from scratch.The bed was very comfortable, which being a light sleeper is important to me.If you are an av geek or want to watch rockets lift off, you will be hard pressed to do better. One of the prime viewing locations, the bridge on Hwy528 near banana river, is approx 30 minutes away. Kennedy space center is approx 45 minutes away.All in all we found this to be great value for money, given the location and the time of year, Jan/Feb.
